Mcdonald's

Service so bad... I just wanted a soft drink. There was no one in line, but it still took 8 minutes for anyone to take our order, we ended up drinking off, she said "be with you in a moment " 7 minutes later... nothing. Nobody is in line, except the guy sitting behind me, keeps changing lines because he was here longer, but NO ONE took his order...this is crazy.

Keep away from this McDonald's! Every time I try to grab a quick bite from here I am reminded of how poor the service is. I waited for 10 minutes in the drive-thru with no other cars in line. When I finally left I watched the manager at the first window on her phone. I will never visit this McDonald's again and it should honestly be shut down.

Terrible , most unprofessional behavior I’ve ever seen , standing at the pickup area , was ignored for over 20 minutes , Friends of the one young man who worked there kept cutting in line. Fist bumping each other , standing there clearly seeing my order on the other side and I could not even get one single employee to acknowledge me , It’s sad that all customers aren’t made to feel important, grubhub , door dash as well as eat in customers

What can I really say about Micky D's? You love it or you don't. What I can say is this: the day I visited, I went inside. It was super clean. A dirty restaurant is a high red flag for me. I have walked out of many because of dirt, too dusty, or due to it smelling like dirty bleach water. Uggg. This place was spotless. ☝

The floor in front of counter had trash, and was sticky. Waited 25 minutes after paying for food at kiosk. No apology for long wait just called number placed bag on counter and turned around. Manager had to take over fixing food as new employee of 3 days named "Q" wasn't putting food out fast enough. Said employee then took over bagging food for drive through. While coming out from counter to get tea for a drive thru customer was first bumping with gloves on and cursing with a friend. Then he never changed to new gloves. Very unprofessional from beginning to end. More reason to never patronize MCd's!

Put in an order for curbside and sat outside for 15 minutes. Finally went inside, and waited another five for someone to acknowledge me even though there was only one other person there. They then told me they hadn't even started on my curbside order. Will start driving to the next closest one instead of going there again.
