Pizza Hut

Decided to get some pizza tonight, two large pizzas, one stuffed crust and it took over 1 hour to receive our pizzas. When we arrived to get our initial order we received the wrong pizza, and instead of pushing our order to the front to correct the issue they made us wait an hour for the remake, meanwhile the one pizza that was made correctly ended up shriveling up and dying. The remade stuffed crust pizza was paper thin and absolutely horrible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Ok I ordered a big dinner box for my family. The delivery time said 25-35 minutes which wasn't bad for the time of evening I was ordering. An hour had passed and still no pizza. I called the restaurant to see if my pizza would soon be delivered and they told me it was a shortage on drivers and our pizza is waiting on a driver. Finally 20 minutes later the driver pulls up and immediately starts apologizing for the delay and said how there really short staff. I told him it wasn't his fault and we exchanged pizza and money. Only to realize that the middle of my box was cold. I suddenly opened the box with one hand and found that my pizza was cold and my bread sticks were still frozen. I gave the pizza right back to him and got on the phone and called pizza hut. At first the guy wanted to give me a free order of bread sticks. I told him that's unacceptable and I think as a loyal customer I should receive something else. He must have talked to his manager because he then said he would apply at $20 credit towards my next meal. I will give my credit to someone else. I'm done with pizza hut. Not the first time I've had issues with them.

This is easily the poorest-run Pizza Hut I've ever patronized. They're 0/5 on getting my orders right. They don't read special instructions. I even try to be nice and tip--I don't know why. Literally every time I come here, my order is wrong and I inevitably have to wait essentially for them to prepare my order twice. The response is the manager is always sorry🤷🏾‍♂️. Never any comps... credits... just an oh well... It gets old. It'll be a while before I give them another shot.

Progressively has gotten worse, routinely takes over an hour to be delivered. Last month it took over 2 and a half hours and for some reason was delivered via Door Dash, and because of that it was cold, not luke warm just straight cold. Also they mess up on orders. Like the bread sticks, they will completely forget to add the seasoning, and that's not the only time our order has been messed up. Highly recommend not ordering from them, especially delivery.

I was impressed that my order was received, made, and out for delivery so fast! The delivery driver arrived shortly after and was friendly and professional. Best of all, the food was delicious and warm! 10/10 for everyone at this pizza hut, you saved me from having to get a bowl of cereal for dinner!

I don’t think I’ve ever written a negative review before, but this was really pretty mind blowing. After 1.5 hours of waiting for the order, we called to ask where it was and were told it had been lost but would be remade and on its way momentarily. This was frustrating but not a huge deal, I get that accidents happen. But then 15 minutes later we received a text updating the order arrival time to a total of 2.5 hours after it was originally placed (this Pizza Hut is 9 minutes from where we live). We called to ask for some sort of refund and were only given the option to cancel. I understand now (because they don’t make it obvious) that they are reliant on doordash, but that seems like a poor business model. I definitely recommend just ordering pickup if you still want to get food here!

Ordered our pizza at 5:30 was told it would be a 55-65 minutes until delivery, now it's 8:45 and no order delivered. This is highly disappointing. When I called the store they were yelling through the phone and unpleasant, they said it would be delivered within a few minutes but would not give a time frame but it wasn't. Incredibly disappointed with this location and the way they treat the customers. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Incredibly ridiculous.
