Chick-fil-a

I placed an order for curbside, however, the two-lane drive-thru takes up the entire parking lot, leaving no room for vehicles to make it to the curbside parking spots without getting in the drive-thru line. I decided to just go through the drive-thru line. There were 4 men taking orders. 3 of them were gossiping while 1 of them was actually taking orders. I explained the situation and he said it would be fine and to proceed to the drive-thru window. When I arrived at the window, “Vilma” I believe was was name, was very rude and impatient. I explained we had a mobile order and they couldn’t locate it. We gave them our order number and it took 4 tries for her to type in the order number correctly. Once she located it, she scolded me telling me the order was curbside. I explained to her the person taking our order told us to come to the window to pick up the order and that it wouldn’t be an issue. Apparently it was. Terrible customer service and the drive-thru makes no logistical sense. Then when we received our order the boxes were smooshed and broken.

Twice, I ordered curbside and my food never came out. They took my money from my account. I had to go inside. For a second time, they couldn’t find my food. I gave them my order number, and thank God I took a picture of it. Manager was nice and gave me my food and a gift card. Why does this happen, I have no idea. It’s very inconvenient.

My Chickfila restaurant of choice. Even when I am closer to a different CFA location, I often will choose to go out of my way to visit here. The staff is friendly and the service is quick and accurate. The very few times I've had an issue with an order it has always been handled professionally and timely. Curbside pickup is a great way to speed things up if the drive through is busy and you are unable to go inside.
