My grandma and I go to panda express once a week around 11:30 am and so far The food is fresh and delicious, the service has been great.... this last time I went I noticed they had this box of cookies on top of the counter, the cookies are ready to thaw and serve, I guess this is their way of fresh cookies.

Sadly disappointed this evening when we came to pick up dinner. Dude who took our order sounded like we showed up in the last 10 minutes of his shift and wanted us to GTFO. Super impatient and got our order wrong in the process. Usually good service but these rotten apples spoil the bunch.

Service was excellent greeted with a smile and positive attitude. Customer service nowadays is hard to get. Keep up the great work all the employees who worked the closing shift feb.6,2022 👍

Very poor customer service through the drive-thru. Very disappointing. I didn't even get forks for my meal.

I eat most time out food in Panda Express, if I am out from home.. food was too worst.. rice was not well boiled... and no taste at all..
Portion of pepper chicken where only 4 pieces to count.. over all I was not happy with food here.. orange chicken was too big pieces to eat.. and not all tasteful.. not worth of your bill

I'm never let down with Panda Express, no matter which one I go to.

We took our grandson for his birthday and it was nice. He ended up spilling his dish, but one of the girls working cleaned it up and gave him more. Much appreciated!
