Dear Mr & Mrs Robbins
Today my wife, daughter and I stopped by for lunch. We had someone in Raliegh who insisted we had to come by and see the place for ourselves. My daughter is five and loves to try new things but she has the basics she loves. The selection was great. There were chicken nuggets and the must have for any kid Mac & cheese that was delicious. We all tried the flat bread as a family first. It was delicious too. I then went with the thanksgiving spread, sliced turkey and gravy, dressing with mash potatoes, corn and green beans. My wife went went a little more southern with the ham hock, greens and fried fatback. Then we jumped right back in for round two. Now that I am not younger man and treat buffet style as a all I can eat challenge I mostly get a little something and be on my way. But with how good everything was I almost had to get my wife to pull the car round I was so full. The dessert were amazing and the staff was on top of everything and friendly. All three of us ate for under $40 buck and the drinks are include with the meal. You have a great business model and look forward to coming back and shaking your hand in person one day. Thanks gain for the southern hospitality. Thanks from the Faries family and soon to be a weekend regular.
The food here is delicious! One of my favorite buffets in North Carolina. This is a MUCH better deal than anything you can find in the nearby food hall. My only regret is that they're not open more days. If you're driving by on 95, go the extra few minutes off the beaten path to find this place (but check the hours to ensure they're open first). This is where you'll find the locals. Highly recommended!
Buffet was unbelievable. Dessert was unbelievable, service was magnificent. All in all you can’t find a better to eat, except at Moms. We really enjoyed.
If you don't know about this place you will drive right pass. It's almost hiding in Smithfield. The service was prompt and polite. Down to earth people. The food was constantly filled at the bar. Everything tastes good.

I think they were their staff too hard. They are courteous but that place stays packed and their servers are just worn out.
We went on a Sunday and it was really crowded and hard to get to buffet. The take out plates, bowls, and utensils are located in the same area as the line to be seated, which makes it a little confusing and very unorganized. The food was good, not great, but I will go again on a week night hopefully have a better experience.

Delicious country cooking. The best chicken salad around. Wonderful buffet with plenty of choices of country veggies, different meats including BBQ, fried chicken, fish & shrimp. Delightful desserts, and they even have a salad bar. They have the friendliest servers you could ever ask for. The only issue with Robbins Nest is what you would call a good problem. They can be so busy, at times, that room in the parking lot & in the restaurant can be a challenge, but they handle it well. Give them a try. You won't regret it.
The food was delicious. Something needs to be put up so the desserts and ice cream are protected when you come in the door. Service was great.
