Their new & improved garlic knows are to die for! SO good! The new management has updated the inside quite a bit & cleaned up very much! Love the new tables. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, in a wonderful atmosphere! Everyone was super friendly. Will be returning without a doubt!

The new owners are absolutely fantastic! The food is definitely on point. My favorite eggplant Parmesan is back on the menu! You definitely can't beat the lunch special prices.

On a whim (during a multi-day road trip and being tired of chain/fast food restaurants), we decided to try out Sami's Pizza. I saw it listed as a food place on the upcoming exit, and I quickly checked Yelp for reviews. All the great reviews were accurate!
Sami's Pizza is located just off the exit (win!) at a gas station, but the gas station location is NOT indicative of the quality of food nor the atmosphere. We walked in and were greeted by a friendly host. He told us the order options, and we both ordered a two-slice + drink combo. It was delicious thin-crust New York style pizza (and I'm from New Jersey where there was an abundance of authentic pizza like that). Free refills on the soda (good for topping off before driving again) and just the right amount of food for a road trip stop. Did I mention the price? It was so affordable! Less than most fast food places, and much fresher.
The dining area was clean and cozy, and bathrooms were clean as well. We really enjoyed our stop, and if we are ever driving on I-95 near Sami's Pizza around meal time, we'll be stopping again!
I couldn’t even get a picture in before my family was devouring everything lol!!! Phenomenal pizza, great service, awesome delivery drivers, good variety, and all out amazing place!!! This is our go to! We typically order here a few times a month!!! If we want pizza.... it’s ALWAYS Sami’s!! The new ownership a while back saved this place. We are so thankful!!!! You can’t go wrong with their Large cheese!!! Best pizza in town!!!! Do yourself a favor and stop in!!!!
Under new ownership and management. Great pizza by the slice or by the pie. Fill menu with other items like subs, salads and pasta. Desserts are also offered. Dine in our take out. The restaurant is clean and updated with a great and friendly staff/crew. If you have a hankering for a New York slice, don't miss Sami's!
Needed some slices as I'm always trying every place I can find and was working nearby. I'm not a freaking pizza expert but used to good pizza being I lived in Jersey and without a doubt this is in my top places to go. I got charged $8 in Clayton the other day for 2 cheese slices that wasn't even half as good as Samis and for $8 and some change I could get 4 slices here! Been here couple times now and has been consistent. Place is clean and people are nice. Easily would recommend.
Best pizza I've had In all of North Carolina! Next road trip we will be sure to stop there again! Highly recommended. We ordered a pizza he told us 10 minutes and it was ready in under 10. Which was fantastic.
Delicious, affordable, like slices of pizza with a great crew to boot. The garlic knots are fantastic, as is the cheese on their pizza. You literally can’t go wrong with this place. It’s our second time in, and we look forward to coming back when we’re in this area on the way to Goldsboro.

Well we are driving down the road and I see my emailed receipt.... we wer charged for the wrong pizza... yikes... they over charges is.

It's small, nothing fancy. clean bathrooms! A medium pizza half and half it was enough for 4.
They have sodas and sandwiches, pasta too.

Being from the state that makes the best pizza in North America (New York), I am very cautious about getting pizza in other states. Even though pizza is kinda like sex. Even if it's bad it's still kinda good. But this pizza is extremely good. Walked in and ordered a small cheese pizza. He told us 10 mins and we had our pizza in 8. Highly recommend!
Don't let the outside appearance fool you (it's in a gas station). The pizza here is fabulous. The best is the chicken wing pizza with hot wing sauce. The crust has a garlicky taste which just adds to the overall pizza. Great place!!
Literally the best pizza place! Actually the best food place because all of their food is amazing! They have the best staff all of them are so polite and friendly i consider them my lunch family. Just an all around great place!
