7-eleven

Very rude customer service. They are always on the phone when I enter, and spend more time engaging with the phone than the customers. Have seen many times where staff is working without a mask. Furthermore, their register had issues last time I was in the store, and I very clearly asked once it was fixed to add my rewards discount. The store clerk ignored me and overcharged me, and I would not have made the purchase at all if I knew this is how I would be treated and what I would be paying. Avoid this store at all costs.

I went in to buy 2 lighters, he rang me up for 3 so I let him know he made a mistake, then when paying I gave him exact change and when he was supposed to give me back just $5 he made another mistake by handing back less than owed. Not sure if he was intentionally trying to rip me off or if he just lacked attention.

I live a few blocks away from this 7-Eleven and I go there a couple times a week. I've had a variety of experiences with the staff there. A few of them are really nice and helpful, but there are a good 3 or 4 different guys there that are either rude to customers or on the phone constantly. The store itself is fine. This 7-Eleven is a little slow to restock certain items (Slurpee flavors, sandwiches, etc.), but you can normally find what you're looking for. Good for a quick stop
