Totally shocked at how great this is! And the "wild caught" is something I always look for in seafood. Found at Grocery Outlet in Alturas CA. I was hungry shopping so let it thaw with no great expectations. Suprise! Thanks guys! Wish I could find it again!!!

This is something I had not expected nor seen before, frozen sushi. I was amazed at the refreshing taste and texture. I just let it thaw as I went about things and almost forgot I had it until lunch time. Of course being hungry by then I remembered the sushi and was blown away by how good and fresh it was.
