Stopped here for a quick bite as we left Seattle and drove down to Salem. I like reading the reviews of this store and noticing the bad reviews are from those that feel slighted. Sorry your experience wasn’t amazing but perhaps you just expect too much. It’s Starbucks. It’s a place to grab coffee and a pastry and that’s about it. This one, however, adds some great art on the walls but sitting next to that giant power place was a bit strange. This is a decent shop. I won’t be back.

Workers decided to close at 7:00(?) and I got there at 7:01. They would not let me in. According to the Google business listing they are open until 7:30. I don't think this is standard for Starbucks. They just looked at me like "oh no sorry." If a customer is at the door during your open hours, you have multiple staff available, especially if you just locked the door and are closing early against company rules... you serve them. Update your Google listing if you actually close at 7:00.

Love the 1st & Walker location of Starbucks. Always friendly and its like Cheers, they always remember my name BUT they are always out of items, including Pumpkin loaf and the drive thru line is so slow. I always go inside when I can, its faster. This is my favorite location because they are so friendly and have great customer service

This location denied me a tea refill even when I purchased a beverage at this location earlier in the day. The baristas here have informed me that since the cafe has been closed during the pandemic, refills through the drive thru are fine. When I worked at Starbucks, this was never an issue and we never denied anyone refills. I guess this is what you do when you’re making record breaking profits during a pandemic and busting union efforts.

Food and drink were excellently prepared in terms of quality. Way too much ice in my matcha latte. So much. Amount of latte in the cup was smaller than a tall, I’m sure. Also, when I mentioned wanting a pump of classic, the guy taking my order said “whoever made it that way for you before is doing it wrong. There’s no classic in the matcha latte”. I told him “I requested it. It needed to be sweeter”. No response. LOL.

Located just next to Costco. Very interesting industrial decor. Details question: I ordered a fruit cup and was not given a fork. Shouldn't a fork be given out automatically? I have to ask for it. The big communal table is unique though. I like it.

Great place with Awesome employees. This location is pretty small but it's pretty cozy. Don't let the size or location fool you because this place gets busy.
There's a drive thru and a decent blue collar crowd that comes in during the typical high traffic times, early morning, lunch hours, and the commute home.
This location has baristas that know how to make your coffee just the way you like it! They are always consistent.
