Excellent food, just on the pricey side and a mid setting.
The wings tho are a heck’n good deal. Large, plentiful, and well spiced, I’d come back for these anytime.
The bulgogi was solid, just $30 for a dish I usually see for closer to $20.
The plentiful little sides were banging. Wide array of flavors and textures that all enhanced the meal.
Got a hotpot with pork, it is delicious, their vegan pancake is yummy and crispy. many side dishes which are truly Korean style, got a good experience in this place. Will come back definitely.
Food pretty good. Kalbi short ribs were above average. Side dishes and gyoza were pretty decent. Service was polite and attentive and food came out fast. Soup was very good. Overall a nice experience.
All the entrées and appetizers costed at least $18. Everything was somewhat pricer than I expected.
I got the pork soft tofu soup. There was a lot of tofu in the stew! I didn't find the stew very mind-blowing, but it's decent comfort food.
I wish there were more options on the menu, such as other noodles or rice options.
Really good food, even the sides. A bit more expensive than I expected it would be, and a bit slow on the water but overall great!
Our first meal in Seattle and it was incredible. The hot bi bim bop was my favorite. It’s a must near Lake Union.
Not very often that my daughter takes me somewhere new but she took us here and we loved it. The seafood pancake is the bomb. The chicken wing appetizer is amazing and spicy! Been back and done takeout too. Love it.
Parking is a breeze on the street pretty much anytime of day too!!
Even though I am Vietnamese, I love Korean food with all my heart. I joke with my Korean friends (and husband), just call me Su-chan, because banchan dishes are the way to my heart. After a super intense week, all I wanted was soon dubu. I found this place close to the Rep theatre where I was headed to a matinee. The Chois have executed very delicious Korean food IN Seattle, which has been hard to find. All the good stuff is in Lynnwood or Federal Way. But Stone Korean is right on Dexter and the Seafood Soon Dubu has a wonderful broth, head-on shrimp, cute baby clams, and a silky tofu texture. The banchan were all well executed. Fish cake, my fave, was bright and springy. Sweet potato was tender but not mushy (meaning nicely done), kimchi had that extra ooomph that makes me nod to myself as if I am doing small talk with the fermented cabbage, and even the mayo based cabbage, I liked! I usually steer clear of those ones but this wasn’t glooped on. It was thinned out with a light vinegar and has small slivers of sliced apple, making a double crunch with callbacks to sweetness. Great music, fast service, and no bs charge for tea. Def coming back and bringing more friends.
Top notch! I definitely recommend this place. They serve you fast with amazing food!
I used to go to the Bothell location daily literally as I don’t know how to cook korean food and because I don’t make food at home. Amazing and best Korean food (in korean) I’ve had around WA. I go to the south lake union location now and it’s very consistent with great service, food and environment. Very nice and respectful employees at both Bothell and SLU locations.
