Better than other coffee spots in the area. What really stands out is the friendly staff.

I am always trying to find smaller spots that have good coffee opposed to going to Starbucks. And I shamefully must admit that usually I end up thinking “Eh, Not quite as good as Starbucks,” but this place is an exception. Coffee was great. We ordered a mocha and a seasonal fall drink. Both delicious.

I had latte with low-fat milk after taking long flight from my hometown. Friendly staffs and nice coffee made me refreshed. I didn’t had bites but they look gorgeous. If I get another chance, I’ll try some. Cozy place to grab a cup of coffee.

Great little coffee shop and friendly staff. It’s not the best coffee in town but it’s very very good, plus they have lots of food options.

As a regular customer, I believe this coffee spot stands out among others in the westlake neighborhood. The staff is not only friendly but also goes the extra mile to remember you after just a couple of visits. The quality of their coffee remains consistently high and I have few favorite baristas. My go-to’s are a traditional macchiato, a cappuccino, or their iced lavender latte. I even purchase bags of their coffee to enjoy at home, and it never fails to hit the spot.
Beyond the coffee, this place offers a fair variety of food options. The store itself is kept clean, and the music playing in the background is usually fantastic. They also provide a few small tables outside. I love that it’s a short walk from Lake Union park, too. All in all, it's a great location to get some work done while savoring a well crafted latte.

The coffee is above average, the matcha was really good. The location is incredible - it’s perfect for a midday break from work and it’s right next to the waterfront making it my go-to place on weekdays. They have plenty of space to work from the cafe too.

Solid coffee with impeccable presentation and attention to detail. The space is modern and cozy.
I'm pretty picky about my coffee: their offerings are good but not exceptional among top tier third-wave offerings. As comparison: Broadcast is a half step up; Santo a full step up. Nevertheless, Umbria is a good choice if you're in the area.

Looked on the bag and realized i forgot to check the roast date- there is none, just a 'best by date'. If you roast your own beans and put the best buy date as the end of next year!! you know that you are doing is wrong. The bags have no good way to seal either. The barista taking payments was great, however, and the coffee i was served was fine.

I come here for REALLY good coffee. Baristas know how to make their coffee here. It's rarely busy. Ambiance is peaceful with lots of windows for sunlight, but music can be loud to hold virtual work meetings. Staff are always extra nice, and managers too. It's so beautiful to sit here and work. ❤️
Food selection is small (no fresh sandwiches) but they will warm things up from their Macrina delivery baked goods and cold sandwiches.
Even parking is super cheap by the Westlake Ave, 2 hours for $1 today. Lol

Good coffee with affordable price.
Tried the cold brew and it was pretty decent.
The ham pie is also ok but not as recommended as the coffee.
Remember to ask for a punch card so you can get a free coffee every 8 (or 10) visits.
Staff is also friendly, a good coffee store in the neighborhood.
