Starbucks

I never come here but decided to swing by today on my way home. I was helped by Harmony at the drive through window and she was so friendly, warm, and genuine. I haven’t been treated so nicely by somebody who is just taking my drink order in years (for real) Thank you for brightening my day Harmony!

Had an issue with my venti frap add espresso shot and toffee nut syrup I was in line for 54 minutes (the drive thru is set up where once you’re in you’re stuck) I finally got my coffee and it was Not a frap/ frozen drink but an iced coffee/ melted beverage. The store wouldn’t fix it bc he tried to blame me for taking too long to pick up my order. Called customer service and they were amazing they refunded my drink and gave my stars back and gave me free money for more Starbucks in the future overall I am satisfied as I visit Starbucks sporadically throughout the year. My only recommendation for Starbucks business model is to take a page out of chick fil a drive through operations. They offer similar online/ mobile ordering and with chick fil a it’s max 20-25 minutes in line. Thank you 1-800-starbuc for taking my issue seriously and reimbursing me.

I really like this place. It's awesome. Very clean and well put together. The people are riendly and very helpful. They knew how to answer our questions. They had a wide variety of sweets and yum-yum's and I got to try the new refresher. It was very delicious. I would highly recommend this Starbucks. And it's not too hard to get to either. :)
