The flat white with peppermint syrup is a favorite during the holidays and I love going to this Starbucks because of the nostalgia of being a student at UW. This location is open the latest and earliest compared to others in the area so if you need to study all night this is the location!

I'm not a big fan of Starbucks in general but I have massive respect and appreciation for the people working at this incredibly busy location. Every time I've gone in they're packed with people and working fast as hell to fulfill orders and make people happy. My friend's order wasn't quite right (she ordered a plain iced black coffee and they gave her a heavily sugared iced coffee) and they kindly remade her drink when she asked nicely. I know Starbucks is known for that sort of service, but I'm still impressed with the staff's kind and seemingly cheerful demeanor despite how busy they are.

Larger Starbucks location with an ample number of employees working hard to keep the customers moving efficiently through the ordering process. Good amount of Starbucks branded merchandise available. That said, the shop could be better laid out and food options displayed a little more attractively.

Went in for the half off cold drink Wednesday and hadn’t been in this location since it’s remodel. Had a great experience as there. There was no seating space which makes sense as for the location. But they made the waiting area nice with one of those standing benches.

This is one of the busiest Starbucks I have ever been to. It's located in University village in the middle and has a large seating area. If there's no room here, there's two other Starbucks. A very short distance away but they have much small seating areas.

Shout out to Katheryn who kept me awake and functioning. Dear Starbucks Overlords, Katheryn at the big University Village Starbucks location deserves some sort of bonus for being an amazing coffee practicioner. She could have made me anything, but was thoughtful and fun. I walked in after accidentally pulling an all nighter and asked her to make me something with "all the caffeine and all the sugar." Kathryn first made sure I had a fair caffeine tolerance before assembling a concoction I liken to "liquid baby crack" and also double checked I was okay with the price before proceeding. This worked great and I came back for another a few days later after the same mistake. She is representing your company well and deserves compensation for going above and beyond. Starbucks Dieties, make it happen.

Pretty solid Starbucks location! It gets busy with work-from-homers early so come in the morning if you want a spot with a charger. The seats at the bar-style area by the window have the best chargers but the seats are dreadfully uncomfortable. You win some you lose some. I’ve always had a great experience with my order here. If you haven’t already, a great summer drink is the matcha lemonade (: they make it pretty strong here so lots of matcha yummmm

This is my favorite Starbucks by far. It's very clean and the staff are amazing. They create a friendly atmosphere and I always look forward to grabbing my morning coffee. I really enjoy chatting with everyone here, Sophie, Kayla, Joy... Definitely choose this location if you're near by.

They are just the best at this Starbucks!! Very friendly and passionate about their customers. I also like that there is outdoor seating. This Starbucks also is close to headquarters so they often have new products first (or if you get lucky… even samples to try early). This week they are sampling their new Oleoto espresso (with a hint of olive oil so that it slips off the tongue - or so they say. Try it if you can and let us know!)

I really enjoy this Starbucks location in U Village. It can get busy, but the baristas are always friendly and accommodating. I came here and tried one of the new Starbucks reserve brews and I didn't really like it. After mentioning it to the barista, they helped me find an alternative to drink, even though it was very busy. If you're concerned about the wait, just order a head on the app and find some short term parking outside.
