I have fallen in love w this place
My partner got a poke bowl the tuna was like butter. I got a few rolls and I stuffed my self I could not stop. New favorite sushi bar. Went for lunch it was empty which was nice but so many people from the neighborhood getting sushi to go is a good sign.
I won't eat sushi anywhere else. Their fish is always fresh and excellent, and they have a huge variety of rolls, plus if someone in your group doesn't like sushi, they have a great teriyaki and noodle selection.
Excellent sushi with a vast selection of sake. The owners are so friendly and hospitable. Strongly recommend.
The QR code menu was slow to load and hard to navigate between the sections but the separation into categorized was nice once you got the hang of the menu.
The place had ac and dimly light lightning.

From the front of the house to the back, Sushi Tokyo stood out in an ocean of sushi spots. The rolls ranged from creative and unique to the traditional. All of them were delicious and fresh. The owner was delightful and watched my boyfriend and I played Sushi Go while dining. His excitement and joy was contagious, and it definitely set the tone for the entire night. 100% will be coming back soon together.
Love to have dinner here after a fresh cut at Derby. The staff is always attentive and friendly and the rolls are always tasty and fresh! I always end up taking some to go because there are too many good options and I fill too quickly! Definitely recommend! 😊
Brilliant service. Cozy place. Service was friendly and laid back, yet attentive. Exactly the vibe you need some days. Serve a delicious cheap warm house sake.
I took my three year old here last night and our server was so sweet with him. She was astonished a toddler could be so well behaved and eat so much sushi, and brought him a free machine desert and Japanese marble soda. Tsui is right around the corner from our house but we will walk a little further to Sushi Tokyo from now on.

We loved sushi Tokyo. The service was great and friendly. The food was timely and delicious. We had the space needle and loved the onions on top.

I feel very mixed emotions about my experiences with Sushi Tokyo. The first time I ordered their chirashi bowl I was beyond pleased, but unfortunately, having one bad experience outweighs the good experience. I ordered the same dish a few weeks later and had a significantly smaller proportion. Sure, the quality was still pretty good, but I'm irritated to have paid $26 for what felt like 1/2 of food that I'd received previously from them. (I thought it might be a lunchtime thing, but if that was the case then charge me the lunchtime price.) I don't have the option to post pictures from here but I will try to do so later. Great food quality overall, but man it irked me to spend $40 total (including all the delivery costs) for such a small portion of food.
