Really tasty salads with lots of good toppings and dressing options. Perfect for a good veggie fix while traveling (or whenever, really!). We did a build your own salad. Liked their roasted sweet potatoes in the salad, went well with the kale and chickpeas.

We tried Evergreens for a quick lunch while we were visiting The Spheres. This location is conveniently located across the street and there is plenty of seating to enjoy the city life.
We chose the BYO salad and all the toppings were fresh.
The only con was that we arrived towards the end of there business hours which seemed to alter there service. When we arrived there was nobody in line. We waited several minutes before we were greeted. At that we still had to wait a few more minutes before we could order.
Would still recommend to others even though there was a small wait.

The ‘Strawberry Field for Chèvre’ is amazing!! Soooo packed with powerful flavors that work so perfectly together. Chef’s kiss. Sad to go back to LA where this place doesn’t exist (plz come south)
P.s. add chicken if you’re a meat eater! Perfect protein for this wrap.

Stopped going after they limited the options to five veggies and one cheese only for build-your-own salad. Bowls seem really overpriced after that move.
Edit: Verified that the limits are only for third-party apps, back to being a happy customer!

I love their customizable salad bowls!! There’s a ton of ingredients to choose from and everything is always fresh and tasty. Is it overpriced? Probably. But I have yet to find food in Seattle that isn’t. Even Burger King is expensive here.

Nice spot to grab a quick lunch. I like the concept: kinda like Subway but for salads. Its nice to customize your ingredients the way you want it (and fresher), over a prepackaged version. I'm sure they stay quite busy with all the surrounding Amazon folks. Bread side wasn't very good.

I keep going back to this place because their salads are really good. I usually order the Super Bowl and it's loght yet it fills you up. The staff is oretty efficient and the lady at check out was so friendly, I loved it. I was upset they are closed in the evening because I'd gladly have dinner there too if I could 😄

Delicious salad. Expensive for what I’m used to in Dallas (comparing to Bread Zeppelin who also specializes in chopped salads). Also wished there were more topping/dressing options, like artichoke hearts and an avocado ranch dressing.

For me, this is the perfect salad place! It's a dependable and delicious salad. Try out the spicy kale ceasar!
What makes them stand out, is that they finely chop the salad. You can basically build any salad you want which lets me adjust it to my cravings.
