Very affordable and delicious Thai food. Take out only. Looked like grandma was only one cooking in the back when we went to pick up the food. They were very busy with lots of dashers waiting for pick up.
The crispy garlic chicken and crab ragoons are soooooo good.
Cheapest Thai food around, especially for delivery — and still better quality than a dozen other places in the area (including the Ave, Uvil, Roosevelt, Green Lake).
Not a place for dine-in service, if even available. Tiny shop with lots of Doordash drivers waiting, an old couple that works tirelessly.

The food here is pretty value! Entree’s average $10 and it’s quite a lot of food. Lunch combo is also crazy, $15 for entree of choice, pad Thai, rice, and spring roll. It lasts me about 3-4 meals! I usually get the chicken pad thai but i have enjoyed almost the whole lunch combo menu as well. The wait can be a bit long but I always order ahead of time to avoid that and almost exclusively do takeout.
The most authentic Thai food in Seattle. Located in Green Lake of all places, this place is a hidden gem. Very delicious noodle and rice dishes with recipes that come straight from a Bangkok kitchen. Came here on a Friday night, charming ambiance with friendly thoughtful service. The price is very reasonable, I’ll definitely be back.
Relaxing and homey neighborhood Thai restaurant. Good value and prices. Very delicious GT Krua Kai noodles and Panang Curry. Also recommend the Sweet Taro Coconut Milk dessert.
This place is SO. DELICIOUS! Portion sizes are spot on and the dishes I tried were packed with flavor. We had one of the Thom soups as an appetizer, I ordered the Pad Kee Maow, and I don't recall the name of my husband's dish, but his was well-flavored as well. Highly recommend! This out-of-towner is leaving with a happy tummy.
We ordered takeout from Smile Thai for the first time, and we were really pleased. The food was delicious, portions appropriate and most of all, the price was reasonable. There are other Thai restaurants in the Green Lake area that charge unreasonable amounts for the same dishes. If you're looking for tasty Thai takeout in the Green Lake area and don't want to be charged an arm and a leg, you have to try Smile Thai.
Been here one time for dine-in before they changed the name? Came here yesterday for take-out again - menu didn’t change and the price was very reasonable. Great choice! Recommend!
Smile is our favorite neighborhood Thai restaurant. Staff is always friendly, service is fast, and food is delicious and reasonably priced. They were rock stars during the early days of the pandemic, and they still are! We love their Pad Kee Mao, Panang Curry, Yellow Curry, and Pad See Ew. Thank you, Smile, we are glad you are here!
The best pad kee mao ive ever had, and for such an amazing price! I will definitely be back.
