What a great place to stop for coffee in White Center! We loved the latte's, allergen free snacks and alternative milks. I'm a huge fan of their green matcha latte's and my husband loves their Stumptown coffee! Nice area for kiddos to run around outside under your watchful eye while you refuel. Also very dog friendly with a shady outside area and water bowl for the four-legged friends. These folks give a slight discount if you pay in cash and have a nice customer loyalty card that adds up fast.

Wow, where to begin. The people who work there are some of the nicest people I know. they'll start a genuine conversation with you and actually care about what's being said, all while giving you some amazing customer service. The environment is always amazing with the artwork changing periodically, even some of the weirder artwork out there is still cool to look at. The decor is pretty simple but adds a lot of personality. They provide a warm and cozy environment that happens to come with the best coffee I've ever had and some amazing food. As someone who works at a coffee shop I wish we could be as good as Dubsea.

Great atmosphere and a great place for a quick coffee or to relax and meet with friends. As a mother, I love the kids' table with toys. The ice tea was wonderful and the lemonade was refreshing. We will be back.

I love Dubsea! I am picky about coffee and this is one of the few places that has both good coffee and good food. Pastries are not made in-house to my knowledge so if you are a stickler for fresh pastries then be warned, however their breakfast sandwiches are creative and always tasty. They also have some lunch sandwiches. I have always had excellent service from very nice employees, and the overall feeling I get from dubsea is that it's a treasured neighborhood staple in a safe, walkable neighborhood. It's also kid-friendly, and has nice activities for kids under 10, with kid-friendly food and beverage options. There is always street parking available out front and is easily accessible for wheelchair users. Additionally, there is a private bathroom for customers and plenty of seating so you don't have to worry if you can find somewhere to sit. I believe they also have wifi for customers, but I'm not 100% positive. I really love their chocolate flavor (tastes like actual chocolate and not just weird artifical goop like most places) and during the holidays I love an orange chocolate mocha. Finally, if you get a chai or other tea ask to leave the tea bag in the cup for it to be a bit stronger than usual.

Very nice staff, cute place. Only vanilla and hazelnut options for sugar free flavors. The chai latte had no flavor. However my mom said the drip coffee was stupid good, and she's a psychopath that likes black coffee and she's super fussy, so that's some good drip. Nice location, lots of parking, however there's a kids play zone here. Wouldn't come if you're trying to enjoy a quiet cup or get work done.

Good atmosphere, great drinks, very friendly staff. Prices are a tad high but I guess that has more to do with the region than this specific shop. Fast wifi and places to power up. Kid friendly as well. Would definitely recommend.

Support local is always something i live by. This cafe in the neighborhood of white center has tons of potential. Good drinks, reasonable priced menu, ample area to lounge and kids friendly. I've visited multiple times and each time i would always get my green tea latte. Quite good but depends on who's making it. Today i had the cold brew and it's good too. One thing they are very consistent on is how loud their music is. I feel like i'm at a concert at times with how loud ir is. Thank goodness for noise cancelling headphones. Another thing to be cautious off is the long seat by the kids area as it is not mounted to the wall so if the other person on the other side of the seat gets up, be prepared. Lastly, only 2 hour parking so you are limited.

This is my go to coffee shop! I love the monthly artist and how welcoming the staff is at any time of the day. If you're ready to enjoy quality drinks (Chai is my favorite!) and delicious locally baked goods, you'll never go to another chain coffee shop again! Update: 6 years later and I still feel the same! The owner recently sold Dubsea to a new lady named Carrie who is passionate and excited to live her dream in this beloved community space! Welcome to Dubsea! The Cardamon Latte that I'm getting for a friend looks gorgeous! I still swear by the spicy chai!

A beautiful place, you can drink your coffee while your baby is playing next to you safely. Even though it's kid friendly it's not noisy, Employees are very friendly and nice and coffee is so good 😋.

My friends and I just landed from airport and were looking for a quick place for breakfast/coffee. We chose here since it was between the airport and our airbnb. We put in the wrong address though and ended up in a construction site (8th ave S vs 8th ave SW). When we did get here, the coffee shop is in a cute and quaint area. We got a mocha, cardamom latte, and matcha latte for drinks. We got the spinach and cheese brioche and a nutella brioche. They were really patient and helpful with what was good. We loved it! If youre a fan of chai/cinnamon, I would recommend the cardamom latte. The matcha latte was also made really well; the matcha wasn't too over powering at all. The pastries were really light and were a nice snack to get the morning going. We are so glad that we started our trip here. It seems like it would be a nice place to do work. It is roomy and pretty quiet. They also had stickers and kid games!!

The chagachino is my favorite, they do it the best in the city! I also love how they display local artists' artwork that change once a month. Employees are always super friendly!
