This is a restaurant inside the Hyatt. We were at another hotel but visited the Hyatt. The food was delicious. The spaghetti and meatballs were a little spicy...loved it. The callimari was delicious. And the cannot was to die for.
I had the full breakfast buffet. Food is delicious. I don’t care so much for the service by my servant. Feels like she is very bossy.

Impress for being a hotel restaurant. Good and friendly service. Minimal libation list.
Food is good. Well served with a good presentation. Good place for travelers at the Hyatt Regency Seattle, Washington.
Wasn't staying at the Hyatt, but stopped by Andare for lunch. I ordered the brown butter gnocchi and added shrimp, everything was delicious and came out in a timely manner. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. I also felt the price was well in line with the food quality.
If I have one critique, it's the mandatory service charge. I know how to tip wait staff and tend to tip well; adding in a mandatory service fee just makes things confusing and then pressures people to tip even more.
The garlic bread was delicious and the sauce that came with it was soooo good. Our server was friendly and very helpful, could not have been better! The dessert was very sweet, a bit too sweet for my taste, but was delicious otherwise.
Kristoffer was an amazing host with answering questions and clarifying the food options. So, at the end the food was extremely delicious, calamari hit the spot, and some gnocchi pasta to top it off. A great place to dine without a doubt at the Regency Hyatt Hotel
Excellent service from management and our server Kristoffer. He was warm, welcoming and very attentive.
For dinner we enjoyed an appetizer of calamari. Entree's of Gnocchi and Spaghetti and meatballs, all items were cooked perfectly and delicious.
Request a delicious cocktail from Alexander at the bar! He is amazing!
Had lovely dinner while staying at Hyatt. Service was great and the food was excellent.
I had the linguine and highly recommend it. The staff were exceptionally kind especially the manager. The other day I told them I was so hungry, I couldn’t wait the 40 min to eat, and they pointed me to a different restaurant. I returned the next day and was happy I did. Despite being in the middle of a conference, it wasn’t terribly busy for lunch, and I was able to be seated right away. It didn’t take too long to get the dish, and the waitress was attentive.
Andare is the hotel bar inside of the Hyatt downtown Seattle. It's easy to get to from the street, but parking around here is always really tough. The happy hour specials are where it's at, good prices and decent portions. The taste of the food is actually pretty good, especially the meatballs but not the buratta. Outside of happy hour, prices go up quite a bit so this is a one drink kinda bar. Service here is hit or miss, food takes a long time to come out, and the second there are more than 10 people in the bar area, service seems to get super slow, so avoid it if it's busy. Overall it's a good happy hour spot early on when it's not busy, but not really any other time.
