Park Place

Veal is the proof of quality at an Italian restaurant; it’s easy to overcook and over-season, and Park Place’s veal alone is worth the five stars - tender enough to cut with a fork and perfectly seasoned. The wine list is well chosen ( we loved the Spanish Crianza). Service (from Isaac) was perfect, the Panna Cotta delicious. Charming, cozy ambiance.

This place recently got new owners and the food and environment are fabulous! It is causal for lunch and happy hour and slightly more formal for dinner, but kid friendly and the food is great Italian comfort food! There's a bar upstairs and outdoor seating that overlooks the water and a room for parties. Pizza and pasta dishes are really tasty and very affordable. I highly recommend to all!

Overall, a very good food experience. I would like more space between the tables when on a romantic date for two. In fact, the large group in the back had the sweet spot, and I was bit jealous. Aside from this though, the ambience is understated yet sophisticated. Our server was attentive and helpful. The wine was reasonably priced at the bottle level. And our food was as expected, delicious. There is 'something' still missing, maybe just the table spacing, but I'm sure they will figure this out, they have all of the right ingredients, and we will be going back soon.
