I love the atmosphere of this intimate little pizza joint. The dim lights, this brick wall surrounding and the Christmas music playing in the background was a nice touch. We were greeted as soon as we entered. We had a little bit of a wait but it wasn't bad at all. Our waiter was really prompt, very nice and filled us in on the need to knows being that it was our first time in. For appetizers, hubby had a Caesar salad and I had a garden salad...both were $6 and my salad was much larger for some reason. My husband had "the favorite" deep dish pizza which he enjoyed very very much and said he wish there was no ending. I tasted his pizza and is was very good! I had a thin crust margherita which was also very good but the deep dish was definitely better. The crust and the sauce on the dd was AMAZING! We will definitely be back! Great job!
Best deep dish I've had outside Chicago. Service is excellent, the sauce is so good, the beer selection is great. Deep dish takes a while, so plan for it to take time. The thin crust is equally good, though a little pricey. Tip from one of the servers is to take the leftover crust and cover it in the honey they have at the table for an extra treat.
One of my favorite if not my favorite pizza place in Seattle - especially for the deep dish pizza options and the atmosphere. We like going here on Sundays when the Ballard farmers market is going on, sit by the windows and people watch the market and then get a deep dish pizza - it’s so good! We always go when there aren’t too many people, so a little before lunch or right when they open. We’ve always had great and timely service when we go, and we always have left overs for later!
If you are looking for a place to enjoy delicious Chicago style pizza and have a fun night out, look no further than Patxi’s pizza. My wife and I visited this cozy and friendly restaurant tonight with some friends, and we were all impressed by the quality of the food. We ordered the garlic bread and Burrata Bruschetta for appetizers and then the Special pizza. All the food was amazing. The service was fast and attentive, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The location was perfect for walking and shopping afterwards, as there were many shops and cafes nearby. I highly recommend Patxi’s pizza to anyone who loves pizza and wants to have a great time.
I had been wanting to try this pizza for a while and it was definitely worth it. I want to try every pizza, great quality and quantity. I felt like it was a good value overall. The restaurant was a little cold inside, even with my jacket on, but today was a cold/damp day. My husband and I don't drink and would love a little more separation from the bar but overall a great experience. We want to try the tika masala, fajita, Greek, and pesto pizza. Will definitely be back for more deep dish pizza.
I've come here a few times for dinner, and today was my first day for lunch. Their deep dish pizzas are amazing. They do take awhile, but they are worth the wait. Their lunch special, half sandwich and salad, was good. Service has always been good here.
Good ssrvice, great location, pizza and beer. Need I say more? We had thin neopolitan style pizza but we saw other tables having deep dish which looked good. Woukd try other dishes next time. Large mushroom pizza was devoured within few minutes and went well together with local hazy IPA
We've ordered the Matt Cain several times, and it's been fantastic, every time. Is it as good as deep-dish in Chicago? No. Are we in Chicago? Also no. This is good enough. They seem to underbake their crust; ask for your pizza well done and you'll agree it was the right choice.
Was craving a deep dish pizza and Patxi’s fulfilled that request. Two of us split a Patxi’s Insalata and a 12” classic supreme deep dish pizza. We both ate a good portion of salad and two slices each at the restaurant and had 4 slices to take home for leftovers. Delicious! We’ll be back!
We had lunch here and really enjoyed the experience. The service was great, friendly and attentive. A nice selection of local beer on tap. The deep dish was very good (I’m from Chicago, so I know deep dish) The crust was a little on the cracker style side for me, but pretty close to many I’ve had before. The tomato sauce was spot on.
The pizza here was one of the best I've ever had. Amazing.
Solid pizza from NY to Chicago style. Thin crust was slightly crunchy with a hint of the oven toasty aroma. The Chicago was so perfect with the sauce on top hiding the layers of peppers, onions and meat. The bottom was thin, like being squished but a little chewy. I’m not sure if that was intended. The decor was the perfect industrial mixed with modern-bricks exposed with steel and wood blend. Cool cool cool!
