The establishment is easy to locate. There is not a lot of parking, but if staying downtown is walkable distance. The place is small but welcoming. The service is outstanding, they’re really attentive. The food came fast and it was lovely, get the combo pho and the spring rolls, you won’t be disappointed. Overall, if you’re visiting Seattle I would recommend coming. 10/10 would come back.

We found this little hole in the wall pho place by happenstance. We both were thrilled with the selection. I had the veggie pho with veggie broth and grilled tofu (pic) and my partner had the sesame beef bahn mi (pic) with an order of the fried spring rolls and we both had Thai iced tea. Everything was amazing and truly hit the spot.
A Vietnamese spot across the street from the Belltown Inn. It's a really neat place with a good amount of options for Pho, Bahn Mi, and other Vietnamese dishes. The food was tasty, and the service was prompt and kind. It also wasn't too busy for both of the times I went. Definitely recommend.
Note: they do not place the check at the table. You have to go up to the counter to pay for your meal when you're done.
Wonderful service, food and atmosphere. A nice little local place with local charm. The woman seemingly running everything herself was top notch and sweet as could be. My friend and I both got chicken pho before a concert and were not disappointed in the slightest! The bowls were massive with extremely generous portions and very flavorful broth. We both could only focus on eating the entire time until we were pleasantly full. It was exactly what we needed before a night out, and truly carried us through partying after. If you’re looking for a delicious spot to go before going out at night or exploring the city in the afternoon, I highly recommend Local Pho! You will not be disappointed!
I came in on a cold day with my family for some lunch after walking around pike place. The broth was delicious, and the pho rare beef was perfectly sliced. The chili oil was also very delectable, although not spicy. My partner enjoyed the banh mi, and my dad had the vermicelli. The egg rolls were perfectly cooked, with a crunchy exterior and simple yet savory sweet chili sauce. If parking weren't so difficult, I'd return. Thank you for having us! Also, very affordable.
The pho is amazing here!! Me and my partner loved it. We both had the seafood, me with a veggie broth and he got the beef broth. I must admit I wasn’t too sure about the veggie broth but it was SO flavourful!! The noodles were cooked perfectly (not too soft!) and the flavour of the broth went so well with the shells, shrimp and squid. You get quite a lot of seafood as well and both me and my partner weren’t able to finish the whole bowl. We also had the spring rolls with a nice peanut sauce and a side of kimchi (sorry not sorry). The people (owners I imagine) were very friendly and the food was fresh and served up so quickly - it was late evening on Wednesday so not too busy at the time we were there though.

I’ve had takeout and dine in here for the pho. I really love the tendon they serve and that their soup isn’t that sweet (but is savory and light). I typically don’t drink the soup, but won’t here for sure. Great price too!
I for the first time tried Pho and I loved it.. this place is really amazing and have few vegetarian options included as well. Great in taste and served hot. The owner is friendly. Service is fast and it’s worth the price.
Delicious food and good service! Got dinner with my family (group of 7), allowing us to try a variety of items from the menu. Pho, banh mi, boba, thai tea, salad, and chicken were all great!
