This is a chain restaurant in USA. It is Texas Mexican restaurant. It is cheap and healthy. I got chicken bowl and paid 9 USD. Employees are nice and friendly. Food was delicious. I am giving 4 stars because it could be cleaner.

I’ve ordered a burrito at Chipotle, and the food was very tasty. In the past there were long lines for 20 mins at peak time. Today, it took few minutes to prepare my order.

Wanted to give this Chipotle a try despite the reviews, however I did end up missing the lettuce I had requested in my bowl. They were doing mobile orders only, and I came in at a time they were fulfilling a large catering order. I completely understand working in a restaurant as I have for 8+ years, however, there needs to be some sort of accountability here regarding all these recent reviews, as I can now verify they hold some truth. Really sad because I thanked the guy who called out my order, and he asked me to have a great day. Seems like the attitude is there, but the support from upper management to the team members is not.

Would give zero if possible. 3 separate orders have been wrong. Don't waste your money. This is what a chicken burrito bowl with no lettuce, no sour cream, and no cheese looks like...

Giving 2 stars because I love the food, but the wait and disorder is unreal. The delay for order pickup slots was 30 minutes past the eta pickup. Meanwhile, the walk in order line was empty because this location only ever allows order online. The last few times visiting this location it is always a mess and never worth the wait.

This is what you get when you ask for a bowl with extra rice, extra beans and steak. You get HALF of the bowl. I go to this location because is the closest one to my place but I won’t get a decent bowl unless I order it in person and I ask them to give me a full serving. Don’t order to go because this is what you’ll get.

Couple of burrito bowls were delivered with just meat and no other ingredients. The veggie bowls contained food that had gone stale. Proportions were abysmal (less than kids meal size). Disappointed.

Consistently making disappointing meals for the last five years. Want a burrito with mostly rice and none of the meat you ordered, come here. Ordering online to this location guarantees a disappointing meal. When you go in person, the cleanliness is shocking. The only thing this location does well is making something you didn’t order, lightening fast.
