This restaurant has a lively vibe to it. It was nearly packed with brunch-goers when I got there. I appreciated Brandi clarifying that I could still order lunch during brunch hours, they were friendly. I had the Chicago Italian Beef sandwich with a scratch-made potato salad and a sliced crisp kosher dill pickle. It was a great combo, slightly spicy, vinegary and all-around savory. You do not want to sleep on this place. Thanks, chefs!

My friend and I went here on a Sunday for brunch, and we sat outside. The food here was really good. The server was nice. I had the trouble maker pileup, and my friend had the chilaquiles verde. The food took a while to come out, but it was good. We also had the Belfast coffee. The drinks here are strong and tasted good. I'll definitely come back with more friends.

I had a lunch meeting here and was pleasantly surprised as to how good the food was. The sandwich was awesome and packed.
Service was also good and even though it's not a pretty place, I would definitely go back again. Apparently this restaurant has been around for decades, so it's a pretty well-known spot.

Yeah, it's expensive. But where else are you gonna get a flavorful, hand made quality sandwich in south seattle? Don't knock it till you try it. You can spare a few bucks (+tip!) to try out the rage.

Food was delicious and the drinks were strong. Plenty of parking on the other side of the street. If you are in a hurry as in stopping by for a quick lunch then expect to wait a bit or get it to go.

Loved this place! Small and inviting with a cool vintage motorcycle theme. My friends and I finally gave up on the nearby Hangar Cafe after an hour wait and stumbled into this great little gem right around the corner. No wait, great service, excellent breakfast dishes and decent beers with creative cocktail options. If I could criticize anything, it would be that the on-tap beer selection is rather limited and most of the beers were on the lighter side. Could definitely benefit from a little more variety and some more interesting drafts. Nonetheless, if you're fed up with the pretentious, overcrowded eateries around this area and desire tasty food and friendly service with a touch of rock attitude (and music), Smarty Pants is worth a stop. I'll definitely be back!
