Wow. Just wow. After exhausting most of the area restaurants during a multiple decade career in Seattle, I happened upon this little gem. Go and immerse yourself in island bliss! My favorite are the Kahlua pork sliders, but everything there is good. The food is always fresh and made fresh upon ordering. The folks are very friendly and welcoming. Prepare to have your tastebuds dance with glee.

So for the past few weeks I have seen the enormous lines at this food truck parked on 1st ave outside Starbucks corporate headquarters. I truly cant imagine waiting an hour for food but people do. When i checked other locations I found they are on 4th by the design center on Thursdays so we gave it it try today. Very sleepy location no line and just a few people coming and going. We tried the spam and Kalua pork sliders and the beef, chicken and spicy pork tacos. Everything was great. I will be back next Thursday and will get 1 beef and 2 spicy pork tacos. Might order a spam slider too as that was delicious. Highly recommend giving them a try especially at a less crowded location. Staff was friendly and connected, service was exceptional.

I can't stop coming back for their spicy pork tacos! They're not very filling, so I suggest ordering at least 5. The service is fast, and the employees are very kind. Their kalbi beef sandwich is also a great choice, and more filling than the tacos. Never had a single bad experience here!

Great, authentic hawaiian dishes with cultural twists. I had the Korean Cheese Steak and there was nothing I would have changed. It had the perfect amount of kick that meshed perfectly with the richness of the beef, cheese, and onions. Bread had a great crunch of the shell, while still being light and fluffy on the inside. The place is a bit hard to find, as you have to climb the stairs, but often the hole in the wall places have the best food! I couldn't recommend this place more!

A great option for food. The portions are generous and super rich in flavor. My only complaint was that there weren't Sauces to add to your food. You get what you get. Besides that, it was a nice, clean environment with recycling options and nice staff.

A friend's brother took us here while we were visiting for a couple hours before our flight and I was pleasantly surprised. I have no idea what I actually ordered but it was essentially tacos with the most delicious flavors. 10/10 would recommend.

Good food, but I left a bit hungry due to portion sizes and the food not being super filling. You could always order more of it, but with this being Seattle, that gets expensive as everything costs more than usual. Still, the food is tasty, and the location is kept pretty clean.

Really delicious! This was our first time ever trying Hawaiian food and we highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Seattle for the first time and is looking for a quick bite to eat. We ordered the katsu sandwich which is Korean and the spicy pork sandwich which was not spicy at all. We also ordered the tater tots and those are really good as well because it is covered in different seasonings.

Vegetarian Review: if you are craving for Hawaiian tacos and don’t mind just one vegetarian protein option and spicy food, this place is for you. Spicy tofu melts in the mouth. One taco won’t be enough so get two or three. During happy hour, you can get three tacos for $9. If you eat everything, you can try one of each. It might be difficult to find but it is above QFC. If you are going by your car, there is free parking in the building for an hour for shoppers in the complex.

Our Original plan was to go to the Marination Mai Tai in Alki Beach, but we decided that cut corners & headed to the Marination Station in Capitol Hill, expecting the same options available everywhere. We were so wrong, their signature Pork Katsu was not available & we were presented with the next best option Kimchi Fried Rice. Which I happily accepted & went with the chicken option. The fried rice was spicy & decent, lacking a little, tiny bit of salt, otherwise it was good. The star however was the beautiful marinated chicken, that I loved. The Chicken to Rice ratio was almost 1:1, and full on savoured on the delicious chicken. It definitely is a must try. I Am visiting the other bigger outlets of theirs in downtown area, & try to satiate my Pork Katsu hunger soon.
