Ok folks. Ravenna finally gets a kick ass modern restaurant for adults that you want to back to again and again (sorry Pied Piper and Eggnest). Amazing food, great bar. Crudo, wonderful veggie items, meat centric but at least more interesting pieces/parts than just steak. Love this place.

Our first time at Salare didn't disappoint. I was diagnosed with celiac several months ago, and I'm still slightly nervous about eating out. But we sat at the bar and the bartender made sure to check on everything for me. Other than the pastas, which of course were off limits, most of the rest of the menu was safe for me, and we loved every dish. The drinks were delicious and reasonably priced, the quality of the food superb, and the staff beyond friendly. We will be back soon.

Brunch was perfect with excellent food selections and great prices and portions. Ordered sweet starters first then a savory main dish. Dessert firt works great! Looked like they were overwhelmed with a 10 minute wait for a host even with a reservation at 10:30 am and a 10:00 am opening time. A bit long wait for coffee refills but I expected it. I like the automatic 20% service fee added but would like timely service. Will try dinner but won't be expecting good service if the situation is similar! I know the food will be great again judging by the dinner menu.

Excellent brunch with great service. Bonus - Finally a recent restaurant that installs noise dampening panels in the ceiling. Went back for dinner. Excellent. Super saturated flavors. The spaghetti and risotto were great.

It's kinda hidden unexpected best restaurant. Restaurant location is under apartment, like just a normal basic local small business restaurant. BUT you will be shocked, if you visit there. Gorgeous interior, open bar, open kitchen, great service, excellent servers, foods are not normal, looks like all foods are created by a best chef. Chefs are professional. Food quality is like from the Michelin guide. However foods are small, it can't fill fully in my stomach. But I guarantee you will enjoy and have perfect balanced great quality foods.

Awesome dinner. Fresh ingredients, in not every day combinations (radish jalapeño watermelon grain of paradise). Apps and salads were nice size for family style sharing for 3. Server was attentive and friendly. The folks that delivered dishes to table were a bit rushed in their explanation of dishes, often finishing after turning away, headed back to kitchen, so if you want a reminder of what’s on the plate, pay close attention.

You guys. SO GOOD. Honestly, just go here and enjoy yourself. Everything was delicious - screw your diet and get the biscuit. I ended up getting the kale pesto and it was so fresh with awesome texture and chew to the pasta. The hazelnuts added an extra layer to this dish that just needs to be tasted to understand. Ended the night with pineapple upside down cake and left a satisfied customer!

Saláre is a wonderful restaurant tucked in the sleepy neighborhood of Ravenna. We came for brunch on a relaxed Saturday afternoon. We started with a tiramisu pate á choux which is a small cream puff: crisp on the outside filled with tiramisu custard cream. I ordered the blue berry aperol cocktail which was very tasty. Ordered the burrata which was fresh and colorful. It came with arincini balls which was made wonderfully. The dish had nectarines and shishito peppers which was delightful. The poached eggs was tasty as well. Side of sourdough bread came with pistou basil butter. We finished off with a tropical flavored sorbet. Portion sizes looked small but the food was surprisingly full. Excellent ambience, we definitely recommend this place. Cant wait to come back for dinner.

One word - divine! Everything we ate at Salare was absolutely divine. My husband and I savored every bite, growing increasingly excited for the next dish to be delivered to our table. We started our meal with a couple drinks - I had the Rosé 3 Ways and he had the Daily Dose. Both were fantastic that we each had 2 more. For our starters, we had the Cheddar & Chive Biscuit, the Duck Empanada and the Griot with Pikliz. All were amazing but the Griot was so damn good, we ordered 2 more bowls. For entrees, my husband had the Burrata and I had the Halibut. Again, both were fantastic. As you can imagine, we’d easily return to Salare and are looking forward to Edouardo’s June Baby.

Always always happy to see Chef Eduardo in house. I know I will have an exceptional food experience in a comfortable, neighborhood spot when he’s there. The deeply rooted rich flavors of chef’s southern palette expresses unctuous deliciousness of African diaspora, colonial agricultural past and agricultural present of grain innovations happening in Skagit Valley, especially at The Bread Lab. Highlights: (0) Griot, Pikliz & Jasmine Rice: Haitian pork shoulder flavorful, spicy, perfectly braised. (1) Charcuterie with exceptional whipped Lardo, spicy mustards, and tangy pickles. (2) Tender artichokes nested on and topped with perfectly balanced salty, acidic and fatty supporting flavors (3) Cheerful rigatoni with happy rounds of squid and olives tossed with complex umami. Thank you chef!

Had brunch here today with my wife. Very good experience and we are looking into coming back for dinner. A well lit green and gray interior, very modern and inviting space, we sat the in back room where we could watch the chefs work and admire cookbooks from some of the world's best cooks. We enjoyed olives and a delicious rhubarb filled Italian doughnut to start which were both great. Chef Edouardo does veggies right we had the grilled cucumber with a dill yogurt sauce which was amazing on par with the carrots from Junebaby down the road. I had the Benedict which was a little heavy for me the bread was a little dense to cut but the flavor was there. My wife had the morell tartine which she really enjoyed. Awesome brunch and I am looking forward to trying dinner. Service was very responsive but it was not super crowded when we were there. Overall a great Sunday brunching!

Deserving of the James Beard Award. Before we even get to the amazing food; the service is great. Servers are well trained, polite, attentive but not pushy, knowledgeable about the food, offer detailed recommendations and are very good at dealing with diatery restrictions. Props to them. The food was mind altering in the best possible way. We had a discussion about the genre of food it was the best we could come up with was 'New American; pacific northwest'. The southern influences of Junebaby are not really reflected in this menu. It was NW seasonal vegetables and meats. Garlic scapes, green strawberry and carrots all were featured and all prepared wonderfully. I really liked the fresh take on some classic flavor combinations. Oyster risotto with cream reminded me about this dish my mom makes with oysters, salteens, heavy cream and somewhere between two and three Julia's worth of butter. While reminding me of home cooked dish it is also so well constructed that it's completely beyond my comprehension as a home chef. You will not regret it.
