One of the best restaurants I have been in Seattle! Outstanding dishes with amazing flavor and presentation. Good portions. A bit expensive but totally worth it.

Saláre is a wonderful restaurant tucked in the sleepy neighborhood of Ravenna. We came for brunch on a relaxed Saturday afternoon. We started with a tiramisu pate á choux which is a small cream puff: crisp on the outside filled with tiramisu custard cream. I ordered the blue berry aperol cocktail which was very tasty. Ordered the burrata which was fresh and colorful. It came with arincini balls which was made wonderfully. The dish had nectarines and shishito peppers which was delightful. The poached eggs was tasty as well. Side of sourdough bread came with pistou basil butter. We finished off with a tropical flavored sorbet. Portion sizes looked small but the food was surprisingly full. Excellent ambience, we definitely recommend this place. Cant wait to come back for dinner.

Excellent brunch with great service. Bonus - Finally a recent restaurant that installs noise dampening panels in the ceiling. Went back for dinner. Excellent. Super saturated flavors. The spaghetti and risotto were great.

Brunch was perfect with excellent food selections and great prices and portions. Ordered sweet starters first then a savory main dish. Dessert firt works great! Looked like they were overwhelmed with a 10 minute wait for a host even with a reservation at 10:30 am and a 10:00 am opening time. A bit long wait for coffee refills but I expected it. I like the automatic 20% service fee added but would like timely service. Will try dinner but won't be expecting good service if the situation is similar! I know the food will be great again judging by the dinner menu.

It's kinda hidden unexpected best restaurant. Restaurant location is under apartment, like just a normal basic local small business restaurant. BUT you will be shocked, if you visit there. Gorgeous interior, open bar, open kitchen, great service, excellent servers, foods are not normal, looks like all foods are created by a best chef. Chefs are professional. Food quality is like from the Michelin guide. However foods are small, it can't fill fully in my stomach. But I guarantee you will enjoy and have perfect balanced great quality foods.

One word - divine! Everything we ate at Salare was absolutely divine. My husband and I savored every bite, growing increasingly excited for the next dish to be delivered to our table. We started our meal with a couple drinks - I had the Rosé 3 Ways and he had the Daily Dose. Both were fantastic that we each had 2 more. For our starters, we had the Cheddar & Chive Biscuit, the Duck Empanada and the Griot with Pikliz. All were amazing but the Griot was so damn good, we ordered 2 more bowls. For entrees, my husband had the Burrata and I had the Halibut. Again, both were fantastic. As you can imagine, we’d easily return to Salare and are looking forward to Edouardo’s June Baby.

Always always happy to see Chef Eduardo in house. I know I will have an exceptional food experience in a comfortable, neighborhood spot when he’s there. The deeply rooted rich flavors of chef’s southern palette expresses unctuous deliciousness of African diaspora, colonial agricultural past and agricultural present of grain innovations happening in Skagit Valley, especially at The Bread Lab. Highlights: (0) Griot, Pikliz & Jasmine Rice: Haitian pork shoulder flavorful, spicy, perfectly braised. (1) Charcuterie with exceptional whipped Lardo, spicy mustards, and tangy pickles. (2) Tender artichokes nested on and topped with perfectly balanced salty, acidic and fatty supporting flavors (3) Cheerful rigatoni with happy rounds of squid and olives tossed with complex umami. Thank you chef!
