Wanted a nice place for dinner after our flight into Seattle. Had this place on my list and got reservations in advance. Advanced reservations were simple even tho we arrived early and were seated right away. Even tho it was a Saturday night it was not busy for us we were told it’s normally busy. Very quaint chic. Loved the look. Unique happy hour and sadly that is where we got stuck. We ate late because our flight so just not hungry enough to order a meal. The wedge, shrimp and mini corn dogs were all great. Wish we could have enjoyed a entree but had to keep room for a desert. Coconut cream pie was out of this world and a must. We were told it was a specialty. Even tho I’m not a fan of cream type pies I had to try. Was. By far the best I have ever had. Service was good and all staff were helpful and with a smile.

Oh wow!!! This is my first Carlile experience and I am ashamed I haven't discovered this place sooner! I just experienced the Taste of Iceland and goodness this has been an experience. Wonderful staff, delicious food and memorable cocktails and up to a great night out. The special menu comes in four courses and while every course was SPECTACULAR the Icelandic Cod with the Mussel sauce is number 1! This special menu is only available from this weekend so make your reservations and show The Carlile Room some love!

Another dazzling winner from Tom Douglas! The atmosphere and service was impeccable - my server, Dave, was swiftly efficient and I appreciated his sense of humor. The attention to detail, printing custom menus to match the Paramount shows says lot about the business acumen here. Devils on horseback: three delicious bites of bacon wrapped dates, stuffed with bleu cheese, drizzled with honey = sweet meaty decadence! Blackberries were super fresh and a perfect complement. Chicken schnitzel was moist inside, just the right amount of crispy outside, and the accompanying mustard sauce divinely creamy. Assorted greens with dressings served with both appetizer and entree were more than just garnish and delicious on their own. A shot of espresso and huge piece of triple coconut pie to top off the meal, and I departed quite satiated.
