Great food and beer. Stellar staff. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the people that work at this place are. The quality and prices are great. We really enjoyed the atmosphere here. I can’t wait to return. Molly went above and beyond to make sure our visit was perfect. Thank you for sharing our Anniversary with us.

Came for brunch before seeing the Sunday Matinee of Hamilton! The service was great, food was delicious! My pork belly was crispy, not greasy and the cheesy grits were the perfect consistency (i'm picky about my grits!). A lil pricey for everyday for totally worth it for a special occasion! The hubby wants to come back for the Hunter S. Thompson breakfast!!

Hidden gem. This hip little spot serves Pimm's Cup along with a very tasty chip and dip platter and delicious appetizers with ingredients I've never heard of (rattlesnake beans?) Fast, friendly service, dark and stylish decor. We like it!

The Carlile Room was amazing from start to finish. Loved the atmosphere and the laid back vibe. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive! Nice to see class coming back in style to the downtown scene. Definitely coming back & already sharing the newsfeed to my good friends & family.

The host was so attentive and peronable..when we arrived there was a waiting list..so we put our name in, not more then 20 minutes later, she phoned us to let us know our seats were ready....when we arrived, a few minutes later, our seats had a "reserve" table tent...nice. We were there for Happy Hour...it was delightful..the appiz were amazing! The entire staff was attentive, we enjoyed the open kitchen and watching the Chef's create. Well played on the location, as we were attending a show at The Paramount..the difference is that though your location is prime, your service must be as well...nice job! I have and will be telling my experience to all my family and friends!

Such a great place definitely a new favorite of ours. We both had the steak and shared the duck hush puppies. Delicious.

Wanted a nice place for dinner after our flight into Seattle. Had this place on my list and got reservations in advance. Advanced reservations were simple even tho we arrived early and were seated right away. Even tho it was a Saturday night it was not busy for us we were told it’s normally busy. Very quaint chic. Loved the look. Unique happy hour and sadly that is where we got stuck. We ate late because our flight so just not hungry enough to order a meal. The wedge, shrimp and mini corn dogs were all great. Wish we could have enjoyed a entree but had to keep room for a desert. Coconut cream pie was out of this world and a must. We were told it was a specialty. Even tho I’m not a fan of cream type pies I had to try. Was. By far the best I have ever had. Service was good and all staff were helpful and with a smile.

Oh wow!!! This is my first Carlile experience and I am ashamed I haven't discovered this place sooner! I just experienced the Taste of Iceland and goodness this has been an experience. Wonderful staff, delicious food and memorable cocktails and up to a great night out. The special menu comes in four courses and while every course was SPECTACULAR the Icelandic Cod with the Mussel sauce is number 1! This special menu is only available from this weekend so make your reservations and show The Carlile Room some love!

Another dazzling winner from Tom Douglas! The atmosphere and service was impeccable - my server, Dave, was swiftly efficient and I appreciated his sense of humor. The attention to detail, printing custom menus to match the Paramount shows says lot about the business acumen here. Devils on horseback: three delicious bites of bacon wrapped dates, stuffed with bleu cheese, drizzled with honey = sweet meaty decadence! Blackberries were super fresh and a perfect complement. Chicken schnitzel was moist inside, just the right amount of crispy outside, and the accompanying mustard sauce divinely creamy. Assorted greens with dressings served with both appetizer and entree were more than just garnish and delicious on their own. A shot of espresso and huge piece of triple coconut pie to top off the meal, and I departed quite satiated.

Very happy with our experience. Trying to remember what restaurant was there before that I went to before shows. Love that there is a good restaurant that’s not a huge chain and has good food, service and atmosphere. Our server and our hostess were very attentive and looked at us and interacted with us like we’re actually human which is becoming unfortunately rare. Must have a good manager and hiring manager. Keep up the good work!

Carlisle Room is our favorite place to eat at when visiting a show at the Paramount. Enjoying great food, decent drinks in its own unique atmosphere is the perfect way to get in a good spirit before the event. The only thing I wish they'd had was longer opening hours to stop by after the show.

Fun, retro bar and restaurant. We just popped by for drinks, but the food menu looked good. Definitely some unique menu items. Drinks and bar staff were great. Pictured is the Banana Kush and Bring My Flowers Now. Multiples of each were ordered.

A laidback bar-restaurant with a loungey vibe. Very close to the convention center in downtown. The cheeseburger is solid, as are the pimento cheese and sautéed mushrooms. The interior is well-decorated and the atmosphere has been properly cultivated. It’s just not really a standout place in Seattle for me. It’s decent, and probably worth a visit if you’re hungry/want a drink and don’t wanna go too far, but it’s fairly pedestrian. I was left sated but forgot about the place for the most part until I wrote this review sometime later.

Service here was excellent! Came in late after a concert when the place was packed. Server was very friendly and gave us their full attention whenever they stopped by. Drinks were delicious. Food wasn't offered since we came in late.

Great spot downtown right across the street from the theater. Bring your vaccine card or image on your cell phone to get in. Friendly, happy & helpful staff. A wait to be seated but worth it! Food is delicious & no skimping on alcoholic drinks. Great atmosphere & awesome music! Would definitely go back.

Our waiter rocked. The three of us ended up getting a mix of apps, drinks, salads and a pasta -- fantastic all round. It's a smaller menu with just the right amount of diversity. There is a bit of everything under the "American style fare" umbrella on there. I wasn't ready for the size of my drink (it was served in a shell shaped glass) yet, tastes great. Everyone loved their wine and cocktails. Dessert was the coconut cream and it kicked butt. Everything about it was well done. Not too sweet, not soggy, tons of tasty coconut. Grand stuff with a latte (they only have the espresso machine, no coffe).

Cool bar with friendly service and fantastic cocktails. Our group tried several different cocktails and every single one was artfully made and delicious. We did not try any of the dishes there so I can’t attest for the food

We stopped in for cocktails only before and after a show. They had adorable little shelf tables for two. Cocktails were fantastic. Food looked great, service was exceptional. I will ve back for brunch, but with a reservation!

I’m a Southeasterner who enjoys seeing my native foods interpreted, so I’m really glad I found this restaurant before I left this trip to Seattle. I got: corn dogs, the Caesar salad add shrimp, hush puppies, coconut cream pie, and the chocolate chip cookie. I took off one star for the salad; it could feed at least 2 hungry people, kale was too tough, and the shrimp was overdone and served cold. Otherwise, the food was yummy. The pimiento cheese with the hush puppies was excellent, and I’m very picky about pimiento cheese. If you don’t have a reservation, come early. I was seated at the bar as soon as they opened at 4:30, and it got really full really quickly.
