They serve really good Cuban food here, something that's extremely hard for me to find in seattle. Their meats are delicious, the food is fast and hot, large portions. Pretty much I only order yummy food to go, but they do have a small outdoor dining area with picnic tables. The waitress was so nice! I will be back. I hope they never close.

A bit of an awkward location in terms of finding parking but the food tastes great and the chefs cook everything fresh and traditionally. I got the Carribbean Roast sandwich. Heard the grilled corn is a favourite too. Sandwich was a bit oily/greasy so its best to let the sandwich drip out a bit on the wrapping paper and then eat it right away so it doesnt get soggy. Meat is deliciously seasoned. Wish it was a tad spicy though. Would return.

The legendary Caribbean Pork sandwich lives up to the hype! I came here with my wife on a 4 hour layover in Seattle and I couldn’t have been prepared for what this sandwich would do to my soul. The perfectly toasted baguette, the intense garlic aioli, the tender pork, and the beautifully caramelized onions were utter perfection. It’s got a bit of sweet and savory, there are a lot of different textures from the soft pork to the crunchy veggies, it’s really got it all. It’s definitely a bit messy, but that’s part of the experience and needs to be savored.
This place was very busy and there was a bit of a line, and despite all that, the gentleman at the counter was so friendly and somehow managed to keep the line moving all while being incredibly personable. Now I just have to figure out how to go back to my life where I don’t have access to this sandwich and nothing that comes close is anywhere nearby. All other sandwiches are closed now, they can go home, the champion has emerged.

Food is simple and well crafted. The roast pork with jalapeno was tender and juicy. The onions they put on everything have no bite, they as sweet and soaked in fat from the grill. The beans have a cumin base and a sweet citrus finish.

We ate here for dinner and I'm so glad we did. We ordered the grilled chicken breast entree and the un bien prawns entree. The portion was a great size for the price, especially getting a salad with the entree. The shrimp were cooked to perfection and the sauce had many things in it that married together perfectly. We also ordered several sandwiches (chicken, pork, and onion) which were tender. My husband enjoyed the onion sandwich the best. We also split a corn on the cob which was grilled to perfection with a tangy sauce on top. There's a small, but cute little outdoor seating area. Would definitely recommend eating here!

Our last night in Seattle so I wanted to end it on a sandwich fest! We got a sandwich from Un Bien and one from Stumbletown.
I'd say both types of sandwiches were excellent and 5 stars! We got the Caribbean Roast from Un Bien.
The meat in the sandwich was so tender and juicy and spiced perfectly. The sandwich was kind of sloppy, with the bread more just a carrier of the delicious meat and a little bit of lettuce. Definitely messy to eat! For reference, Stumbletown's sandwich was more neat with more varied "fancy" toppings. The star at Un Bien is really the stuff IN the bread, whereas in Stumbletown, it is the whole sandwich working together.
They couldn't be more different though! I'd say you can't go wrong with either place, they're both stellar for what they do.
I truly can't choose a winner between these two places, it really depends on what you're in the mood for. If you want something super tasty, messy, and meaty, I'd say go for Un Bien. If you're looking for something more refined and don't want it to be messy, I'd say Stumbletown. Or you can be a glutton like me and get both, they're not too far from each other!

When was the last time you had a sandwich that was finger licking good? It’s amazing that places like Subway can still exist, when there are options like this around.
The sandwiches we ordered were so succulent and juicy, packed with flavor that would hit you differently in waves… Complex and delicious. The smoked pork and ham are mouthwateringly delicious. Combine with some magic sauce with hints of cilantro, and you’ve got a cornucopia of flavor. Perfectly prepared, reasonably priced, and ready in less than 10 minutes.
Be aware that there is no indoor seating. There is a covered patio with bench seats. Best to eat there on a mild day, but take out is always available. Also, the only time I would not recommend this restaurant is on a first date: the sandwiches are so packed with ingredients and juicy goodness that they are fantastically messy! That is, unless you want to weed out impractical people who are more interested in how they look than enjoying good food. Then this place would be perfect!
Enjoy.

Sooo good. Perfect for for a sunny day picnic by the water. The sandwiches are all incredible, really enjoyed the saucy grilled corn, and the entrees are great too! If you eat pork, you've got to try theirs. Get an extra side of their caramelized onions too, and ask for their social hot sauce- spicy with a sweet and tangy kick :) Also love being a tamarind Jarritos to wash it down!
