Some of the kindest folk work here. I am usually not in this part of town, a little too boujee for me lol! I was really happy to see how kind the staff were to everyone that came in. They are very accommodating for disabled and elderly customers. They treated everyone with respect and even offered to get me extra bags and asked if I needed any help. I hope the staff today live very abundant lives, truly some if the nicest people I've met in a long time.

I go here regularly. It hurts reading some reviews bc these people brighten my day every time I go there. Nicole always has a smile. Brooke is absolutely one of the kindness and real people. The entire crew, lunch and dinner, have been amazing. Only once was something wrong, and they were quick to correct it. No questions, no hesitation. They are always so kind. These people don't stop working. They're always cleaning or working on orders. At least I haven't seen any different.
Don't spread hate in this world just bc your fries got cold while you drove 15 minutes home and took another ten to get situated and actually get to your food. These people work hard to give good quality food and service. Just bc you're having a bad day doesn't mean you should go for someone's job. Let Us survive.
One of the best McDonald's I've ever been to in Phoenix! Crew ALWAYS polite and helpful and don't ever look down on anyone for any reason that i have ever seen when I've been in there!! Thanks guys!
Last month or so service has been falling apart at this location. First time in my life I ordered and paid at the counter, and then eventually as 15 minutes passed, had to abandon the order and leave without my food. Place was even too disorganized to do a refund not out of spike but just total choas. Yuck 🤮
Just a quick drive-through for a couple of fish filet sandwiches. The drive-through moved quickly even though there was only one window open and the sandwiches were delicious
The food is McDonald's. Nothing is gonna change that because they aim for consistency whichever restaurant you visit.
When it comes to the play area, that has been revamped. So, it is much more interactive and has more games that can be played, specifically one that the child can race other participants to raise a meter by jumping on a pad.
That is a great way to tire out your child -- works wonders for my own.
