I was looking for a spot to hang out and bring my dog, and I found way more. I was lucky enough to stop by on evening when the management stuff was in and they were insanely welcoming and cool. In fact, all of the staff was fun and they all made my dog feel as welcome as I did. I had the chef’s salad and brisket sandwich which were both delicious and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed environment to hang out, watch the games, catch up friends, or pet some pups. I’ll definitely be returning in the near future.
This place has amazing food!!! The homemade brisket was one of the best I've ever had.
They have Great menu selections with something for everyone. The parents and even kids in our party loved everything we ordered.
A fun atmosphere to watch sport too!!!

Stopped in here to kill some time before heading to a beer tasting close by. Place was chill and inviting. Bloody Mary was tasty and service was good! What wasn’t good, was my date trekking me through the desert behind this bar to Salt River Fields, wearing flip flops, while he wore tennis shoes. ( I know how to pick them.) This “quick” walk over turned into a 3 hour tour, he is an older lad, so we had to take a few breaks so he could gather himself and catch his breath! I have become accustomed to this. Anywho, if in this area check out Backyards and order a Bloody Mary, you won’t be disappointed!
Just had chips queso and salsa . I had the shredded chicken tacos on Saturday they were good and the Spanish rice wasn't so hot next time I will get fries or tots. PBR on tap, Busch light and bud light but no Budweiser. Has a burger tonight for the first time cooked the way I wanted but was under seasoned and had the tots they were pretty good.
Only one bartender running the place and floor around 530 pm. Definitely the neighborhood style bar . Plus a USC watch party location.
Stopped in for a quick bite and cold beer. Ashley was very attentive and had great suggestions. We will be back
We liked the concept and execution of the 'build your own' meals. My son did the grilled cheese and I built a burger.
It wasn't terribly busy in there, but the poor bartender had to also double as the waitress, tending both the patrons sitting at the bar and the tables. She did as good of a job as she could, but we did have to wait longer than usual for our service.
We would try it again!
Great NM style food! Awesome bartenders - Vinny and Liam will take good care of you. Not a lot of TVs at the bar, but staff will be happy to change the channel if requested. Mt favorite dishes are the blue corn enchiladas and the ribeye steak. 👍
