Ice-cream was great! The employee (June 14th around 1pm ish) seemed in a hurry probably had some back of house things to get done. Got the ice-cream mixed and cupped quickly. I just couldn't get over the off aroma. I've been to many a ColdStone in my day but this one definitely had a little bit of a funk to it.
I have celiac and they were super careful with my order, they went back and used new ice cream and everything. Ice cream was delicious!
Andre and Sam are the best!!! This place is really good and these guys are really friendly!
The person at the counter, was super helpful and made sure to make my experience exceptional! Will be back soon!!

I Walked in first, at the paradise valley store and the immatured kids had zero knowledge about anything and the attitude was so horrible that I just walked out of the store without even saying a word . They are good playing with eachother with a pen at the store ( which they did ) and replied that they don’t know anything when I asked their opinion in ordering a cake becoz it was my first time there .
With so much of disappointment I left the store and the next day went to the one in frank llyod wright .
The yelp had very poor reviews of that store
And I was so not having much hope . But there was this nice person named ‘ Katie ‘ And she is the assistant manager of the store .
She was so great . Helped me decide which size
To go , which combo ‘s to try and pretty much everything . I fell love with the quality of response and knowledge that she had . She pretty much brought in all the customizations that I requested for .
By the way : I ordered a devil’s food chocolate cake
With cake batter ice cream and mix in ‘s were m and m , straw berry and graham crackers , mid layer was fudge ganache, Oreo frosting with cascading ganache as top layer
It turned out so well and thanks to Katie for being amazing and everyone loved the cake . Literally nothing was left behind . Her calculations ,
Her customization opinions everything was a hit and I would be back and recommend everyone to that store
This place served me the BEST ice cream I have ever had, hands down. I don't eat ice cream regularly, and don't care too much for it, but their creations and flavors really melted my palate! Enjoy when you get there, just as much as I did
Stopped in here randomly a while ago, and saw their cakes, so I bought one for my grand kids. Its always a good occasion for cake! They absolutely loved it. Seems like cold stone will be a regular at every birthday party and family celebration.
