This experience was far better than the other local I went to. I let the gentleman know that my prior experience was flat out awful, even showed him pictures of my food from the previous time and that I came back (to a different location) with a free voucher from Management to give them 1 more shot. He thanked me for giving them another try and told me to come back to this location any time. He promised this experience at his location will be much better..... and guess what, it was. Burger was hot and fresh, customer service was great and the food not only presented better, but it tasted better too! Kudos to the Promenade Habit Grill Team 👌🏾
Great little burger place. Wasn't what I expected but it wasn't a let down either. I had the Santa Barbara Char and onion rings. Both were really good. The onion rings were crisp and had great flavor. The burger came on Texas Toast bread and was flavorful. It was a little sloppy, but in my eyes, the sloppier the burger the better. I only gave 4 stars because it could've been cleaner, it wasn't at all disgusting but it could've been cleaner. Overall it's great. It's not a gourmet burger place, just a fast food burger place, but I would definitely come back if I'm in town again.
First time in, customer service was great. I was greeted right away for a team member to take my order. I got the Santa Char Burger #6. It was very tasty and hit the spot. The food took only 5 minutes to prepare. Great Job Staff!
The food was good. Went with the Philly, the sauce they use wasnt what i was expecting. Pretty pricey. Picked up the order to go on lunch break. Good menu selection.
The price is a bit high for what you get. But the burger has a really good taste.
This location also has a weird dynamic. Both younger women were working the register and handing out food, while the two older women worked in the kitchen along with the man. Wondering if this dynamic pervades throughout each shift.
Great food and atmosphere. Sweet potato fries are the best. Only wish they would carry through with more meal deals.

Great place for a burger or chicken sandwich.. Manager is very kind and makes sure everything is on point.. Food is 5* quality
The food is decent. I was a little bummed out that I asked for mustard instead of mayo, and they put mayo on my burger anyways. When I pointed this out, the staff member took my order behind a walled area, and brought it out 10 seconds later with mustard instead. I was a bit concerned that all he did was "scrape off" the mayo and put a new bun on this. Granted, I couldn't taste any mayo, but this probably wasn't the best practice when people complain. I expected a new sandwich. Otherwise, it was decent.
Super delicious burgers and fries. The teriyaki char is my fave. Lots of fresh condiments and the fries are always hot and crispy. Value is great for the cost of the meal. Relaxing environment with inside and outside seating. Staff was friendly, courteous and helpful.
