I can’t praise this place enough. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. Plenty of seating at the bar, tables, and outdoor patio. I had the Bloody Mary. Let me tell you, that is a must! I’m pretty picky and it more than ticked my fancy. The beers on tap are equally Yumster. Do t come to Scottsdale without stopping in.
We stopped here for dinner based on a random food search, wanting something we haven't done. Tried to do a Google reserve a table, but they never got it.
Oh well, they had room for us anyway. We each ordered a flight of beers and both liked most of them. Their flight consists of a 4 beer sampling. I ordered th ed one called Bartender's choice and wasn't disappointed.
We also ordered dinner, me a burger and my wife a sandwich. She had the grilled cheese with tomato and bacon and she thought it was great. I ordered a burger with swiss cheese, mushroom, and some kind of tasty sauce on top. It was cooked perfectly and tasted great! We both had the Truffle and Cheese fries and they were amazing!
The service was as very good as well. The server was friendly and attentive.
I would definitely recommend a food stop here if your in Old Town Scottsdale.
This place is worth a visit. Great for a business lunch, or a casual date. The laid back atmosphere is at a great counter-point to the phenomenal beer and delicious food. Their Black Lager is particularly good, as was their Porter. Be sure to try their hoisen brussel sprouts or cheese curds appetizers. Cheers!
I’m from Tucson and was pretty pumped to check this place out but ended up being kind of disappointed.
They didn’t have the first two beers I asked for so I had to settle for one I didn’t really want. The bartender was sort of rude at first but got better later on.
Also, I kind of expected this to be a craft brewery but it was more of a sports bar with two brothers beer “imported” from their brewery out of state. Not dinging for this, just letting anyone know in case you were expecting one or the other.
Cool spot, good beers best part is the brewing area love seeing a awesome taproom!!
Awesome brewery based out of Chicago. Reasonably priced beer and a great selection. Right In the heart of old town near many other great places as well

Nice place to get a beer and good food. Beers were decent to good, but not great. Kitchen service was very slow the evening we were there even though it wasn't that crowded. The pretzel appetizer is great and not to be missed! Fish tacos and pulled pork sandwich were very good. The desert cookie skillet would have been a lot better if the cookies were not raw.
Had a great experience here. Walked in and the remodel of the building was spectacular. The bar looks really good and the place was spotless..
First off I'll start with service. My server was unique which is totally fine. She was very polite and very attentive.
Food was fresh, timely, and very tasty. I had the turkey sausage scramble and it was delicious. Coffee was very good also. I definitely will be back for lunch and watching some football down the road!
Menu was not extensive yet still had something for the three of us (with rather different tastes). Food was slightly on the bland side but otherwise pretty good. Beer selection was excellent and the locally brewed options were consistently good. Overall, a worthwhile stop.
Food was a surprise and really good. I came with friends, I don’t drink much and didn’t have high expectations from the menu but was pleasantly surprised. Not just typical bar food. The homemade root beer tasted good but was flat, waitress quickly removed it from our tab.
