If anyone has not eaten at Preston’s in Scottsdale then you haven’t had the best steak in Scottsdale. Preston’s has the only steak house with a salt cellar to dry age their beef. The owner of Preston’s was with Mastro’s and started his own steak house. Mastro’s still uses his original recipes. Best steak for the best price and their service is excellent. Thank you Bob for our superior service and we’ve also had Lori as our server and she is just as superior. Great Job Charles for your management!!!
My birthday and our 35th anniversary. We arrived early to catch happy hour in the bar.

We tried the pork wings! Oh yes these are going on my catering menu! Italian Beef sandwiche...good. I ordered the trio of steak,scallops,shrimp. Very tasty. The scallops were excellent. Calamari with baby corn. I loved it.
Oh and an excellent Preston's salad with grilled Copper River Salmon!
Topped off with Creme Burlee and Key Lime pie . The three of us enjoyed.
Oh don't forget the yummy iced gin martini!
Preston's is one of the best steakhouses in the Valley! We were there for our anniversary so they surprised us with rose petals on the table and a free dessert. The staff and management are extremely accommodating and friendly. And above all else, the food is amazing. Their prices have gone up a little recently, but it is still well worth it!
UPDATED REVIEW: Returned to Scottsdale for a getaway and decided to dine again at Preston's. The service was great! and so was the food! We will definitely be back on our next trip back to Scottsdale. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Preston’s is one of the better steak houses around the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area. They have a well diverse menu and the price point is better than most steak houses. Great service, drinks and their butter cake is to die for. We eat at Preston’s at least twice a month.
We celebrated our pre-wedding anniversary at Preston’s Steakhouse Scottsdale and it was an unforgettable experience! The food was absolutely amazing - we both had the steak and it was cooked to perfection. The service was also top-notch, our waiter was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a modern and elegant atmosphere. We would definitely recommend Preston’s Steakhouse Scottsdale for a special occasion!
Multiple people recommended Preston’s so I finally had to see for myself. Parking was easy, staff were incredible from the moment you walk in, and the atmosphere is lively but intimate. For food: Their steaks are some of the best I’ve ever had. Side dishes are well made. Desserts simple and delicious.
Only surprising downside was the wine list. For a high end steakhouse they had very mediocre wine options. But that shouldn’t deter people from trying this great restaurant!
We sat at the bar! Really enjoyed our drinks and appetizers. Followed up by soup and salad and finished with a 14oz Delmonico steak!!! It was our third time at Preston's and will definitely NOT be our last time at Preston.
Overlooked as one of the best steakhouses/fish houses in the Valley. Beautiful spacious place with high quality food and service. I ordered fish this time but the Kansas City Strip is one of the best steaks I have ever eaten anywhere. They also have an extensive assortment of fish. Professional and attentive service and the manager checks to see if everything is alright. The swordfish is excellent. Juicy, cooked and seasoned perfectly in a generous portion. The house salad has fresh ingredients, served on a cold plate with delicious home made dressing. The broccoli is good. Just enough seasoning, served hot, in a large enough portion for 2-3 people.
Very friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. The atmosphere is gorgeous beyond belief.
I was a disappointment that my steak was over cooked when it was supposed to be pink in the middle. It was all brown. But still delicious. The butter cake was dry and some of the fruit was a little past their prime. However, I would go back because this might have been an off day for them.
Great place for a date night or a family get together.
A nice hidden gem in North Scottsdale. Sat in the courtyard right next to their little lagoon/creek setup and it was a nice sight and a sign of the deliciousness ahead. Wife and I had the Rhode Island Calamari that was delicious! Wife had the Cadillac Margarita and I had Berry Lemon Drop, they were fantastic! The complimentary bread basket was warm and tasty! Our main courses consisted of the Farm raised salmon and mashed potatoes (wife) and 22 oz porterhouse steak and Brussel Sprouts (little on the burnt side, but still bomb), both dishes were awesome and well-worth the druvr and cost! All made possible by our FANTASTIC waitress, Jennifer. Definitely coming back.
My fiancé and I came here for my birthday and it was amazing (as always). Ambiance is great. Service is phenomenal. Food is absolute perfection. Zero complaints. My only feedback is that I wish I was better and could find a way to eat here every week. Love Preston’s! 10/10.
