Jack's

Cheese burger was good. Shake was good. Fries were only ok. Prices were reasonable. But the big let down was that it wasn't fast. I waited in the drive through for close to 30 minutes with two cars in front of me. The guy at the window said there were only two people working there. At lunch time. Hopefully they can get their staffing figured out. I'd like to try again. I also wish they didn't use styrofoam cups. 😕

Showed up about 40 minutes before close and my chicken fried chicken was excellent but I believe that I saved the fried green tomatoes and fries from the dumpster. I did take out to let them finish cleaning and closing down but if I had eaten there I would have shurley returned the three pewney tomato slices shriveled up fries.

I've ate the number 8 grilled chicken so many times. And still love it. Had a very bad experience in drive thru with a smart mouth woman. Got up to the drive thru window. Got my order, normally they put everything in the bag. Not this time. Got home and 2 large fries and a big jack with bacon wasn't in the bag. Called the manager and they was like, oh we are sorry. We'll address the lady at drive thru. Not nothing about our food. What around 12 dollars lost.. I will go back, but only use walk in now.

I went to Jack's on my lunch and they were busy. What I didn't understand was the cashier and manager looking at me and other customers they acted like we were not there! Two of the customers that were there just left. I said after standing there for over 10 minutes if in 2 minutes they don't say will be with you or say anything to let me know that I'm there in walking out. They didn't so after 15 minutes of waiting and not been greeted or say I'll be right with you, it was like we were a bother.

The food is beyond awesome! My favorite sandwich which is available from open to close is the chicken waffle sandwich and it has a little butter syrup on it! It is a party in the mouth!! I love the hometown feel of eating inside with the fireplace! You can bring your own homegrown tomato and ask them to slice it and put it on your sandwiches! Some places say they make things from scratch but this place really does! Oh you can really taste the difference! Best biscuits you can get around!! I literally could eat there everyday in fact I'm planning my next adventure there while writing this ! They have the absolute best homemade honey mustard and ranch dressing recipe and don't forget to get a double scoop of the double dough ice cream!! I get mine in a cup to go!!! Have fun!!! 🥰🥰🥰

If I could give zero stars, I would. I hate to even leave anyone a negative review, but I have had problem after problem with the food quality at this restaurant. At this point I can tell it isn’t going to get better and I’m giving up on them. I will go to Hardee’s 100 percent of the time going forward. The hashbrowns we ordered were way over cooked, bitter and greasy. Years ago I worked in fast food..My guess is that this restaurant either isn’t cleaning or replacing the grease in the fryers properly or regularly. I was so ashamed of the quality of this food that I’m not even going to disrespect my kids by offering this trash to them. I don’t want a refund or for them to give me more food in replacement, but I did call the store to tell them about my experience. I was simply told “We hate to hear that” before he hung up on me. If I were the owner of this Restaurant, I would look long at hard at the quality control in this restaurant
