I love burger king. This place has been a total disappointment 2 out of the last 3 times I have had it. The menu screen isn't working. The drink machine was out of almost everything. The employees were handling food with no gloves. I understand they are short staffed but this a bit ridiculous.

First I have to say the food was good. James was great. Nothing wrong with the food or the service. Just the cleanliness of the place. Your shoes stick to the floor. Most of the tables weren’t clean. The bathroom even had flies swarming around the sink.

The workers are pretty good at their job and the food tastes good. Only suggestion I'd make is to get a higher quality drive thru speaker. It is very hard to understand what the worker is saying sometimes.

Horrible. Dirty inside. Out of most drinks. Kid at the register never spoke and looked stoned. Waited 20 minutes asked for ketchup and ring sauce he threw ketchup in my bag I asked again for ring sauce. He stared at me like he wanted to cuss me out then grabbed a sauce dropped it on the floor first then handed it to me. All without saying a word. Horrible service.

Tried Sunday, around 8 PM sitting in line. Had 4 vehicles in front of me. I timed how long each one was sitting there to place their order. 7 minutes. After 14 minutes. I left. I returned today at 2:30 PM. 2 vehicles in front of me. 5 minutes each. Figured it out. They won't take your order until the person in front of you gets their order.
Onion rings are hard. The meat is dry. Bye Burger King. No more.

Only fastfood restaurant I've been to that delivered cold food. With the ingredients I asked for not on my whoppers and specifically the ingredients I didnt want on them. The double Whopper only had one patty.
With that and the food being cold, I would imagine that they just had some premade burgers and tossed them into my order.

It's Burger King! What's not to love! Great prices and friendly staff at record timing. Great for the entire family.

Only 1 in the line ordered a whooper combo waited 10 minutes still no food other people came in ordered and 5 o minutes later got their food I waited 30 min never got mine when I asked them they said we thought you already got it got my money back and left if you need a job an will work go by they need HELP
