Our experience at Great Wolf has been great. We had a couple of issues in our room and maintenance was quick to resolve them.
We did dinner at Fireside and we had excellent service and the food was good.
Unfortunately my oldest son left his retainers on his plate or on the table. Once he realized we went to the hostess stand and then to guest services. Luckily for our son, Jerry was working and after an extensive search found one thinking that was all they called us to come get it. When he heard there was a second he searched again and found it. Jerry went above and beyond and he should be commended.
The absolute best place to spend a weekend getaway with kids!! they loved it (4&2 yrs old), and me and hubby loved it more. they get to play, get their energy out, and enjoy the water in the cold weather, and we get to escape city life and relax. we went during Christmas, and they had magical vibes and lots of programs for kids throughout the day. we will definitely go a lot more!!
Howls! We had a paw-tastic weekend stay at Great Wolf! All the staff we encountered were amazing and super friendly, especially at the front desk. It was my first time at Great Wolf and I really like the vibe here because it’s 100% family and kids focused. And there’s just so much to do besides the water park! We got the wolf pass, and we had a fun packed day just checking off all the items on the wolf pass. I would highly recommend getting the wolf pass! The wolf ears were such a sweet touch, we enjoyed wearing them! Thank you Great Wolf Lodge for the memories and we’ll be back soon!

My family and I had a wonderful experience and were deeply impressed by the number of slides, the rooms, and the overall feel of the place. This was our first experience and we will definitely be going back. A few things we learned on this first time:
1 - Bring food and snacks with if you are on a budget. While the food selections in their restaurants were good and the quality was great, they were a bit expensive. Covering snacks with your own food could save you a good amount overall.
2 - The fireplace rooms are well worth the small upgrades, particularly in the winter. Our fireplace room was amazing and it helped to take the edge off of the winter chill.
3 - We did 1.5 days in the water park and that was about all my 8 and 11 year old could handle. It is a TON of fun, with slides to cover all ages, but the stair climbing and waterlogging wears you down over time. I'm not sure we would have fully enjoyed a longer stay. That said, they have a number of additional activities available to fill your time, so, if you go for the full package, you could likely enjoy a 3 day, 2 night stay before needing to do things outside the resort.
Overall, it is highly recommended.
We drove from Georgia to Pennsylvania to experience a different location, as we’ve visited the LaGrange location twice. The rooms and the indoor play areas are much larger and entertaining. The restaurant? Fireside’s food was incredible and offered a variety of option. Laura, our chef for lunch, was beyond amazing! The original Brussels sprouts that were brought to us contained items that I did not eat, so she came out to speak with me and provided me with a new batch. She created a non-dairy sauce for my garden burger that was delicious and packed for flavor. She even went to the buffet side to provide me with a menu in advance to ensure there were some friendlier options for my dietary restrictions. I tried very hard to give her a monetary tip, so I’m writing this review to express my sincerest gratitude regarding her kindness and professionalism. Katrina, our server, was nothing short of amazing as well!
It was all in all pretty good. The down falls were food very expensive. The lodge it’s self very clean but the water park the bathrooms were dirty and could be better. There is a no cash policy and I had lots of problems with my wrist band and every time I had to walk all the way back to the front desk. And there is only 2 small elevators and it’s always a wait.
We recently stayed in the new tower; the renovations are absolutely stunning and the updates to the water park are perfect. My kids loved the new water slides; the lines were quick so we had the opportunity to ride the slides frequently. Can't wait to return again !

We had an amazing experience at Great Wolf Lodge. The water park was fantastic, from the toddler to the older teen had a blast. The facility has indoor bowling, mini golf and a small movie theater. There are other attractions that are open during warmer weather. There are plenty of food options and everything can be ordered from the GWL app. The customer service is great. The staff is always willing to help and checking to make sure our needs are meet. It is possible to stay in the lodge and have all your needs meet during your stay without leaving the resort. However, there are plenty of stores and food options outside the lounge. This is definitely a great place for a vacation. Both adults and kids alike can have lots of fun and be able to disconnect. And lastly, the facility is well equipped to meet the needs of most guests with mobility restrictions and other special needs. Call or email them in advance to inquire about accommodations as each situation is different with special needs.
We’ve been here a few times now, I always hear a lot of complaints but we had a great time. They seem to have stepped up with their hiring, the place was fully staffed, everyone we encountered took their jobs seriously, the lifeguards and rose attendants were careful and seemed to really follow safety protocols. The renovations looks great, the price of food is a little
Higher but to be honest not too bad, it’s expected when you visit a place like this. Everyone had a good time! Much better than Last year when there were a lot of staffing challenges
This place is crazy. Why couldn't we have places like this when I was a kid? All we had was outside with some swings if lucky. This place is all about the kids. With water slides inside. I'm an adult technically speaking and while all the kids totally freaked me out because kids are weird I had fun myself along with my brother's kids. Probably because I had zero responsibility though which is how I prefer things.. Anyways it's a fun place.
