Depending on what time of day you hit this place is key. Seems like they actually trained staff to make a pretty decent iced coffee. I gave up on going here because they never made my iced coffee right. Just stopped in over the weekend and I was shocked at how good my coffee was I was able to drink it.

Every time I place an order, its always ready onde I get there. Not always true for other locations. Employees are great and friendly. Order always comes out perfect.

Go here a couple times a week the drive through is typically good but I went in to the lobby today 10/12/21 at 840 am. ordered a cold brew black and watched the lady use regular iced coffee then questioned her and she proceeded to argue and yell with me and at me about it saying it’s cold brew (it’s not) that some stores do it differently. Coming from someone who used to work at Dunkin’ Donuts years ago, the regular iced coffee bin is not cold brew and you shouldn’t argue or yell at customers especially regulars.

Driftway Scituate location all done over. More security in lobby when open. Staff not particularly helpful or friendly. Locked bathrooms. No longer a rest stop. Not very friendly place to stop.

I don't normally go to dunkin. But I needed to this morning and I'm glad I stopped by this one. I had asked for a cold brew but they were out of it and only notified me after I've had paid for it. The manager came out apologized said if I wanted a refund which I didn't because it's okay. Very friendly staff and should be commended for their service

Much better than the one in Scituate harbor. Good service. Just wish that they all could toast the English muffins better without burning them. Too fast, need to turn down the temp and toast them longer. Nobody likes a untoasted English muffin

I order two ice tease and a hot coffee, and a plain donut. They offer me a tray and then pass me the drinks I asked for the tray she offered and she seemed upset. I put I the two ice tea into the tray and she passes me the coffee not into the tray and she is rushing. The coffee misses the tray and dumps into my car. The plain donut is glazed. Honestly every time you go here it is the same service. That would be none and rush the customer through the drive through
