Lobby was open and walked in only to be refused service and told to get in the Drive-Thru. This is the signage I saw going in so one can understand my confusion 🤔. Not to mention the fact that the doors were open/unlocked. I frequent this location as it is a Taco Bell/ KFC a wider variety of menu items. However, the past 12 months they've just been so inconsistent with hours and dining options and service (if you can get it). I understand we're still in a pandemic, but other restaurants have at least formed some stability and made it clear what's their dine-in- carryout -hours of operation-ect are. I had to ask four times for dipping sauce for my tenders-only after showing her the bag (she just handed me) did NOT have any in it. Ridiculous. These are things that are easy and this location is dropping in all aspects. Three stars IS GENEROUS and is for past good dining experiences.

KenTacoHut... Really starting to love the team at the team at this place. Before it seemed like you were rushed and felt like you were bothering them for ordering. I can tell some things change within the management to make this place more compelling to visit. Great job, I've been a client here for 7 years. I thought I would not give it a chance, but knowing how things change I did and I was pleasantly surprised.

I absolutely hate this taco bell and it’s employees. I have to drive all the way to another Taco Bell just to avoid this one.
It’s not hard to put sour cream on a burrito. You guys get it wrong every-single-time! I pay for extra sour cream and you guys put No sour cream. On any of them.There has been times they have even continued to mess up my husbands order as well. The only reason why I had to come here tonight is because the other one was closed.
My order was wrong again tonight. I guess that’s what I get for coming to a place that’s ran by a bunch of Incompetent kids. I 100% will not be returning.

Four stars because the new people that gave me wonderful service will be leaving Elijah Kiki and AD. Fast, efficient and super friendly. Their energy was magnetic. A great team indeed. wonderful hospitality and great service

Food was great. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars was because there was a leak by the restroom and there was water on the floor. But they looked short staffed and it's not a big deal.

I didn't have a complicated order wasnt too large either. 6 Plain soft tacos and quesadilla and a 5 layer burrito...and it took close to 30 minutes 😒

Husbands favorite food is KFC Chicken. He doesn’t eat this much due to health issues, but we surprised him with a meal for Father’s Day.

5/26 at 10:15pm we waited in line behind 3 cars for 20mins. When we made it to the ordering window no one answered. Pulled around the building to see the 3 cars had driven off and not been served. The staff ignored us and then one guy waved saying they were not going to server us. The store closes at 11pm we were there at 10:15
