Starbucks

So this was my “trenta” drink. When I pointed out they gave me a venti sized drink in a trenta cup the woman told me she could fill the rest in with ice if I liked…I specifically ordered a light ice drink to begin with..sigh. This was always a great location but I’ve noticed since a couple of the old girls have been gone the service just isn’t the same. Sticking to the forum.

I love the location because it it closes to my job. also the employees are super sweet. My only problem I have is that they short you on your drinks. If I order a grande I expect a grande not a tall! I order a venti last week and it was not filled even close to the rim. Today I order a grande and same story! I’m over it. If I’m buying 6 dollars for coffee I want my cup filled up! I did called and complain the first time and they gave me a free drink but I don’t want to have to call every time I order a drink.

Oh starbucks, your losing your flare! I will be the first to say that I LOVE the flavors, drinks and food from Starbucks. The Impossible Breakfast sandwich is YUMMY. The problem is the customer service. Pulled up and asked about the free cup if I purchase a certain drink. She just said, I don't know anything about the app. Well, if I am doing what YOUR companies app says, how do you deliver the actual award? She said, "I don't know anything about the app!" So, I will bring my business to somewhere they actually care about their customers. Dutch Bros and

Nice open space in the interior of the restaurant. There are about 10 tables inside. They have an outdoor seating area with 6 tables. Each table can accommodate 2 people and has an umbrella next to it. So it is easily adjustable. They have 2 unisex bathrooms on the right side when you enter the restaurant. Employees were masked and there seemed to be adequate spacing between tables. There is a drive-thru that is easy to get in and out. The only downside is the limited parking. Do not park nextdoor or you will get towed.
