The service was good but the calzones were just mediocre, mostly bread. You really need to open it up and move everything around to get meat in each bite. It is just piled up. There is a Cinnabon selection which I always order and am always reminded that the name holds more gumption than the actual cinnamon roll. There are better cinnamon rolls out there and I am a huge cinnamon roll person so I know this to be fact.

Very busy locations you have to stop is professional quick to serve.. the food was amazing it look better then what was on the pictures. I felt bad Because I paid him $10 in quarters yet the gentleman behind the counter was so kind and respectful. The place was clean and had plenty of room to eat comfortably. Once again the food was delicious the bread they use is amazing. And of course they have a dessert offer.

I’ve previously visited this location multiple times and have always gotten fairly good service and great food. Tuesday afternoon I placed an order online which I picked up through the drive thru. When I got to the window they informed me they didn’t have the soup I ordered so I asked for another soup in replacement (which was really good). When I took my first bite into the sandwich it was much different so checked and realized it was something different from what I ordered (which was the turkey bacon club). I called this location to speak to a manger to inform them in hopes to receive the sandwich I ordered. Instead after I listed the ingredients that were on the sandwich I received to the manager (Marcus) he began to explain to me that he had been making sandwiches and he had not made a sandwich with the ingredients I listed. I felt pretty uncomfortable and was unsure how to respond bc that was what I had in front of me. I questioned if there was any way anyone else could’ve made it, he answered no & that he remembered my order specifically and he made it exactly the way it read on the screen. I assume my order was handed out to a different car bc I also received an incorrect ticket/receipt in my bag that read “sm original”. I informed Marcus of all of this, half of the time I was talking he was talking to someone else then would reply with “I can’t hear you”. I understand mistakes like this happen in the restaurant Industry but I think it was extremely unprofessional for Marcus to immediately assume I was not being honest about what I received. In the future, I suggest you apologize to the customer regardless of whether or not you believe they got the right or wrong order. I’d just like a refund for my meal because at this point it seems ridiculous to eat from this location. I was sure to keep the food I did not eat to prove that It was the wrong sandwich and that I did not eat it. This was a very uncomfortable, weird situation and I hope this “manager” can learn some communication skills.
