I was offered a position at UTech and they came back with a salary that was below my asking. At the interview they asked me my salary requirement was. The next day Human Resources called and offered me the job. When they told me they lowered the salary, I asked if they could go back to the CFO to negotiate my salary requirements again. I brought up that I wouldn’t need their medical insurance so that could compensate. I was told they would get back to me the next day, never heard from them and left messages. I finally got a hold of them and they said the position was available to me any longer. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!
