The Point Cafe

My boyfriend and I stoped by this neat little place while driving along I-90 to Ohio. I had the fajita chicken burrito and he had the chicken tender wrap. They were both delicious. My burrito was nice and juicy. My boyfriend, who hates pasta salad, thought that the pasta salad was good enough to change his mind about pasta salad. We will definitely stop here again when in the area.

I have ordered GrubHub multiple times with this cafe. I finally went inside for a to-go order and let's just say that this is now my go to! Bonus for it being locally owned and family oriented and ran. I appreciated the way I felt welcomed and the food is amazing! I have yet to try something from here that I don't like. And now I am excited to try all of their menu!

I've never really had a good experience at this restaurant, so I don't typically order from them. But, I have them a try. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. The fries that came with it were limp, lifeless, and had no seasoning. Since I had the order at home, I salted them and recooked them in the air fryer. That brought them back to life, kinda. The chicken on the sandwich had decent flavor and was a nice size, but the bun was too soft and squishy to support the heavy fillings. The bun had been grilled on they inside which was a nice touch, but it just wasn't enough to make this sandwich worth the price. I ended up taking the chicken off and eating it without the bread. Overall, it wasn't terrible but there are a few things I cannot forgive: cold, flavorless fries and a bun that falls apart before you can even take a bite.

Most excellent food and service. I came in for lunch, this was my first time. I was taken to a socially distanced table that was clean and had plenty of space to eat. The menu had plenty of options and contained both sandwiches and dinner plates. I chose the enchilada plate with beans and rice. It was fantastic with more than I could eat in one setting. I was offered a to-go container and it was just as good for dinner. I would like to thank the owner and her staff for a fantastic meal that was served hot and very timely. Thank you again.
