We ordered the new Detroit style pizza. It was pretty good and tasted almost exact. Dough was fluffy, toppings are all the way to the edges ends are a little crusty (good). There was a lot of sauce but very tasty non acidic, subtly sweet with a hint of oregano which is how it’s served in Detroit. The crust was cooked but for Detroit style it needs to be a little more well done. Plentiful toppings and fresh mushroom and fresh onions! These are new special pans as of the debut of this style pizza in February 2021 and will get well seasoned over time making the pizza perfectly brown and crusty with a nice chew.

Mini pan pizzas for book it still! Love to read and love to eat pizza it’s the place for you. Pretty consistent on quality. Can get Alfredo sauce on pizza now too so that’s always yummy too.
