Arby's

We recently eat at Arby’s. This place is awesome. We had a great food and excellent service. We ordered Greek gyro meal, and for my wife roast beef gyro meal. Cashier is really nice, very attentive, so that We never had a mistake order. Arby’s has a wide variety of sandwiches such as wraps, gyro on a reasonable price. Our food comes out fresh and hot. Its timely prepared our food. Our sandwiches are really delicious and excellent taste. The vegetable on our sandwiches is really fresh. Staff is really great, friendly and very personable. It was top notch customer service we received. You won't go wrong if you choose to eat here! Definitely come back again. Keep up the good work guys.

I lost count of how many times but ever since they open this Arby's has yet to get an order right..( it's the only one close sorry to say 😢). And today we were the only ones in line.( Even waiting for our food).. The only good thing was the manager making the order finally right and very apologetic. even gave us a cookie and Cherry turnover)Otherwise I would have gave it zero stars. I would strongly strongly strongly suggest and checking your order

Arby's have the sandwich I and my kids likes. The last experience I had was that they've missed one of my sandwich at drive through even though they weren't that busy at all. I've called and told them, and they've apologized but just driving back and forward it'd probably cost me more money on my gas than a sandwich alone. A little disappointed, otherwise they do have good food and friendly staffs.

Let me begin by saying Tiffany the manager is the most filthy mouth person I've spoken to. Where did Arby's find her? She needs to be terminated right away. I can't believe the words that were coming out of her mouth. For the last 4 nights I've been coming here as I work 3rd shift. They are supposed to close at 11pm as that's their hours of operation. But Tiffany takes it upon herself to close at 10pm as she tells me because "she too tired and cuz she feel like it" So I tell her well it be nice to leave a note or pick up the phone so you can say store will be closed at ten until further notice or something instead of wasting my lunch time I only have 30 minutes. She really got upset when I asked her for the district manager number and she blew up. Cussing me out and threatening me saying she's from the south and I don't know what she is capable of doing? So that sounds like a threat to me. She had other choice words for me that I can't say on here. But hands down the most rudest person with the dirtiest mouth I've spoken too. Arby's if you see this please handle this situation or give me the district manager number please as Tiffany was furious I asked her.

This Arbys is just east of Higgins on the north side of Golf road. I've had really good quick service and fresh cut meat on my recent visits. They are generous with the signature Arby's sauce and they often have 2 for 6 dollar specials even when it isn't advertised. The next closest Arby's is probably the one on 59 in Streamwood. So im surprised that I never see this site busy. Beef and cheddar and the roast beef market fresh sandwich are my favorite choices here.
