Was very exited to go and arrive a few minutes early. However the staff at the check in desk was pretty dismissive and didn't seem to care. Considering the restaurant called 2 or 3 times prior to confirm the reservation and to remind to be on time, it didn't seem like the reservation time mattered. After someone asked they said ita a 45 minute wait, so that kinda ruined the mood. The restaurant itself has a great set up and ambience. The food was actually pretty good, but nothing to really rave about. I believe that the 8pm reservation time was the last one and the wait staff seemed to just want to finish their day, even though the food took a while to prepare and they you felt like you were being rushed. Most probably would not go back, plenty of better steakhouses available
Let me try to make this, short and sweet. The service was phenomenal, food Omgoooodnesss. The in-house salad dressing, somebody kiss the Chef... Go ahead, treat yourself and thank me later. It's not about the money, it's about the experience!
The sea bass was the best 😋. The steak was on point. Our waitress was delightful. We can hardly wait to go back. ❤️💯
The food was great beyond what I was expecting, the steak was melt in your mouth good the sides were great as well. Our server was Forrest he was awesome did a fantastic job at explaining everything was right on top of the drinks as they went down no looking around for service, he was as good as the food in fact I felt a little underdressed for this establishment but we were greeted and seated at our time. Thanks to everyone for making this first time experience one to remember where I will want to definitely return with someone who has not yet had the chace to experience this steakhouse.
IT WAS REALLY DELICIOUS FOOD, I ORDERED THE NEW YORK STRIP WITH A SALAD(LITERALLY A HALF OF A LETTUCE HEAD, IT WAS GOOD) ALSO ORDERED THE LOADED HASHBROWNS, ALSO VERY GOOD! We definitely not used to the "formal attire" but it was a good time and we really enjoyed ourselves, especially since had a babysitter...the only reason its not a full 5 star is because my water glass still had a womans lipstick on it...unfortunately for me, i didnt notice it until wife noticed it, and of course it was not until i had already drank from it....everything was going so well and the mood was vibing that i didnt bring it up to our waiter because didnt want to ruin the mood and all. im not here to bash this restaurant, im just sharing my experience and will go back again if we get a kidfreedate night ...
Hands down the BEST fine dining experience we've EVER had!! Laura was our main server and she was phenomenal!! We'd never experienced anything quite like this and she answered every question with knowledge and grace! Her and Dennis made us laugh and feel completely comfortable in a place far outside our comfort zone. The entire staff was absolutely incredible. The restaurant beautiful. And the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD! BEST STEAK EVER!! 15/10 RECOMMEND!!
Thank you Ruth Chris steak house for a beautiful dining experience. We hit the jackpot for a server "Bruce" he made our dining experience golden! His southern hospitality and kindness made it all top tier. We traveled from WI to enjoy Savanah and our evening at Ruth Chris made it delightful. We raise 100% pure bred Angus beef so we are lucky to know how a nice cut of meat should look and taste and this steakhouse did a superb job at fulfilling that. We will be back as soon as we can ! Thanks again Bruce for an amazing night.
Celebrated Mom's 60th and Bruce took care of us very well. We had multiple courses and absolutely nothing missed. Food was on point, atmosphere was posh but not overly so, and again to any manager reading this, make sure Bruce knows the Europe's appreciated his dedicated service. If there was any knock, it's that the steaks were one degree below what we asked for (rare vs m. Rare, m. rare vs medium), but once we tasted how good they were there were 0 complaints. Signs of a good steak.
This place was great, Katie was an amazing waitress and the whole staff signed a Happy Anniversary card for us!!! The gumbo was soooo good and my steak was cooked perfectly!!! Definitely recommend!
Steak was prepared correctly for both me and my fiance. The au gratin potatoes were very good. The brussel sprouts were just good. The menu mentioned honey butter but there was no hint of it in the flavor profile. The wedge salad was good. Not the best I have had compared to some competitors but still was good. I really enjoyed the seasoning used on the Steak and it ranks top 5 for me. Our server was wonderful which always helps. Almost a 5 star rating but it fell short and I can't go in between a 4 and 5 which is where I would rank it overall.
