Wow, just wow what a perfect place for lunch. The food quality was delectible, presentation was beautiful and the staff was super attentive. They had live music while we where there and it set a very relaxing mood to the whole meal. I wish I was a local to eat here more often.

Have been coming to Joe’s forever. (as Joe’s Homemade Café) Haven’t been to Savannah in years, but it’s always a place I need to stop when I’m here. Food is always phenomenal, and so are the owners. A must stop if you’re visiting the area. Thank you for always producing the most delicious food!

Wonderful food! Presentation, service and flavor was spot on. Lemon vinaigrette dressing was amazing. Turtle cheesecake amazing as well. Had nothing negative. There’s so many restaurants in Savannah to choose from, but this one did not disappoint.

Unbeatable ambience, exceptional service, delicious food! Pimento cheese sandwich (The Silly Goose) was decadent but not over-filling. Hibiscus tea was refreshing & not too sweet. Wish there was beer & wine available, though.

This incredible place offers an intermingling of relaxed dining by way of an evolving artisanal menu inspired by the museum’s permanent collections and rotating exhibitions. Attainable without an admission ticket, the cafe invites you in to meet, dine, drink and socialize. Don Holland was the first to warmly greet us and to make sure our experience was defiantly memorable. We highly recommend you make a stop to experience this lovely place with delicious casual gourmet cuisine.

Everything was DELICIOUS! waiter was very kind and polite :). The fresh flowers are something I always appreciate about a restaurant. When it said one $ on google and then we walked into the “restaurant” (I didn’t know it was part of the museum) I was so worried that it’d be super pricey. On the contrary, it was decently priced (for the area) and a lovely experience overall. We got the lemon three layered cake and it was divine. The salad was so refreshing and light. It comes with zucchini bread on the side which was very tasty and moist. Would 10/10 come here again!!

We called early on the day we wanted to have some lunch here to make a reservation. They were so kind and excited to have us! When we arrived, we were seated at a beautifully set table by the window. The waiting staff was too kind and attentive to us. The atmosphere is truly amazing with bright lighting and a quiet ambiance. Featured here is the Joe Select with a half Silly Goose sandwich and a cup of Shrimp and Corn Chowder. They all come with chips and grapes which are amazing. For dessert, we tried the award-winning Chocolate Cake with a Cream Cheese frosting. I definitely recommend this gem in Savannah!

The atmosphere is lovely. The food came out fresh, and tasty. And the dessert cart was insane. We had the strawberry cake. I will come back to Savanna just to eat here again. Thank you to the chef who came out a greated us and other guest.

Very cute space, they have done a lot with such a small area to work with. The food is excellent - this was the best NE clam chowder I've had in a long time, and The Ardsley (chicken salad with red seedless grapes, pecans, green onions, fresh rosemary and tarragon served on a croissant) was delicious. They also have a lovely selection of teas. I enjoyed a chilled concoction with Belarusian tea. We took a selection of desserts home, and they were good, but not as spectacular as the meals they offer. I probably would not get dessert there again. The customer service is absolutely on point! "The Joe's" (there are several) obviously care very deeply about their business and consumer relations, and that is evident by the way you are treated from the mentioned you enter the shop. We will definitely be back.

We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. The server seated us immediately and was very kind to our family and spoke directly to our toddler as to include him in our dining experience. Not something we experience often, usually servers almost completely miss that our toddler is a present part of our family. They were really methodical about their menu and were happy to customize our orders based on personal preferences. They made a sweet little clown sandwich and warmed a giant cookie for our toddler. Our soups were excellent. We ordered the hot mushroom barley and the chilled cucumber and salmon soups which came highly recommended with stories of origin included. When our soups arrived, one of the pieces of bread dropped on the floor and our server picked it up and came back with two more pieces. We've never experienced that at any other restaurant we've been to. Our sandwiches were made with a hearty portion of fresh ingredients and came with chips and fruit. The chef came to our table and introduced himself and was also very kind and interested to know who we were. He brought us samples of tomato jam, cheesecake and croissant pudding on his own accord. The sweet tea was very nice - just the right amount of sweetness and they even gave us a refill to go... along with some of that award winning lemon cheesecake. It was a great experience and we will definitely come back the next time we are in Savannah. Thank you for showing us what southern hospitality is all about.
