Edible Arrangements

I NEVER leave bad reviews but don’t spend a PENNY here at this location because you’ll never get the order you paid for. I work in the service industry and I get being short staffed, but if that’s the case then they need to actually COMMUNICATE that with their customers if they cannot fulfill an order. My mom got same day delivery back on 3/3/22 for my birthday and today, 2/15/22 I decided I have had enough and we went into the the store for a refund because at that point I don’t want the arrangement anymore. My mom got the run around from corporate and the store for 2 weeks. They were not answering phone calls, nothing. The lady behind the counter today gave me the full run around about how there was no manger on the floor and that we could come back when he was there on Thursday. It seemed like she didn’t care or wanted to fix the situation. My boyfriend and I told her we weren’t leaving without a refund so she needed to contact her manager because the whole situation is absolutely absurd. It was like pulling teeth to get her to call her manager. Also, there was never a single apology. I feel like they were never going to deliver the product that was paid for and keep the money. If I were you save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, read the rest of the reviews about this store. Awful! We’re not the only people this has happened too.

I placed an order a couple days ago for a tray of strawberries to be delivered today. Well it’s almost 10 pm and still no delivery. No text, call or anything to tell me that it was going to be delivered so late. My sister works early and can’t be staying up late waiting for a edible arrangement. I should’ve read the horrible reviews first. I couldn’t even get anyone on the phone or online

Arrived to an empty counter and an empty display cabinet. After five minutes and ringing a bell I was told that it was a busy day. After looking in the back I was informed that the chocolate is done for the day. If you’re not going to Sir as a retail shop then just stick to delivery. I was excited to go in and buy something and very disappointed that even the items on display were not for sale, I was told they were just for show

If I could give them zero stars I would. My sister tried to send me an arrangement for my first Mother’s Day this weekend. Well this place is an absolute disappointment. They said it was our for delivery yesterday and it never showed up. Tried contacting the store and they don’t answer anything. The corporate office couldn’t even contact them and they are still not delivering my arrangement. What a waste of money. This place needs to be shut down

I ordered online an Chocolate-Dipped Birthday Box. Scheduled pick up for 2 days after. Before I left the store, I checked the order and it was not I expected/ordered. The employee told me they were out of order of: Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Milk Chocolate Bavarian Pretzel, Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Milk Chocolate Graham Cracker and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Milk Chocolate Oreo® Cookie. They decided, without my consent (they never emailed or called me to ask) to replace them with regular cookies. Also the pineapple dipped came without candles. After my complaint, the employee replaced some regular cookies with pretzels and candles that magically appeared from the back. The presentation was not I ordered or expected. This is entirely unacceptable, and as much I hate complaining, I hate being stolen from and disappointing family much more. It seems to be a very common problem from this location particularly. Do not expect any good deed from this company as they clearly do not care about their customer service.

I bought a deluxe fruit bouquet for $114.99 and was charged in my card already and my sister picked up a significantly smaller product. When my sister picked up the bouquet, she could hear the staff partying in the back while she was conversing with a customer who was complaining on how he got the wrong order when he picked up his bouquet 20 minutes prior. Something is going on in that store that's bringing Edible Arrangements name to the mud.

I stopped by this edibles to get a quick pick up order, they did not have anything ready and the Manager Edgar, said to give him a few minutes and he would get something together for me, around 15 minutes later he comes out with a young lady named fabiola and gave me an boquet, it was perfect i want to say thank you guys for getting me something ready with out me ordering!

I wish I had seen these terrible reviews before I ordered from here!!! I called these folks to order an edible arrangement for my mother. First off, they completely forgot to deliver it to her. After FOUR phone calls, they finally delivered the most rancid, ugly, rotten bunch of fruits she had ever seen. She called them twice to let them know and they completely ignored her. Just terrible customer service. All the fruit was mushy and three pieces had already gone bad. Do NOT order anything from here! Don't say I didn't warn you.
