Buffalo Wild Wings

Zero stars would be still more than this location deserves. First of all it's not the first time but more like the fifth time that trying to get seated takes forever. There is never anyone at the entrance stand. I never complained before because I know that staffing and covid issues have destroyed the restaurant industry. However this my experience yesterday afternoon Friday 1/28 was absolutely ridiculous. My family and I arrived and were standing at tne empty host stand. Servers continuously walked right by us and purposely trying to not make eye contact or acknowledge us waiting. The rudest bartender (older with glasses) was really what put us over the edge. She had an Empty bar--- not one guest which makes sense because she's terrible and rude. She was walking around on her phone in her empty bar area. I finally asked her if we could be seated and she said "I'm the bartender!" The place was empty. No maybe 4 tables total and an empty bar. WE LEFT and will never return. Where was the manager-- never saw one! If your three servers can't handle a restaurant with only three tables in the dining room total (1 table each) then they are in the wrong industry. Your bartender takes the cake though. She's a disgrace.

Really waited 20 minutes in an empty buffalo wild wings before finally deciding to call the waitress who walked past us 100 times without even acknowledging us at the table. Then when we get the food, the boneless chicken wing was smaller than the size of my thumb and still counted as one of my wings. When I asked the waitress about it, she tells me, "oh they are looking kind of small today... is there anything I can do for you?" Like get me another nugget that was sized properly? Who even green lit this plate going out?

Over iced drinks. Quarter done nachos. Mac and cheese that tastes worst than raw pasta from the box. "Under new management" but serving worse food than a year ago. What the hell happened here. Burgers turned into rock slabs with no flavor. I'm atleast glad the fryer tells the cooks when the hell to stop cooking. Atrocious, and I'm nowhere near a food critic. It was just THAT BAD.

I normally love Buffalo Wild Wings, but I’ve consistently had issues with this location around takeout. The time you select during checkout is not honored, so your food just sits. As an example, I ordered for pickup at 8, and based off the receipt (and obviously by tasting) it was sitting for 20 mins.

My fries are stale, I’m sure it was from lunch time. I ordered through uber eats, my To go boxes were not sealed. During times like this you guys should really take extra precaution. I would like to enjoy the food as if I was dining in. If my fries were a bit cold, fine but stale cold fries? Absolutely not.

We had am amazing time at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Saugus! Our server (I don't recall her name) was super enthusiastic and recommended interesting combinations for our order and we ended up really liking them! Who knew caramel sauce went well with cheese curds?!?! Overall, our best BWW experience ever!

This BWW is the most inconsistent place I have ever been. Some days it's decent and then other days, it's just outright the worst service I could ever imagine. Last time I went, I placed an order online 40 minutes ahead of pick up. I show up to pick up my food and there's a huge line with absolutely no staff at the front. When staff finally did show up, it was some manager just screaming to herself and her wait staff about how they're not taking any more walk-ins, take-outs, or online orders. The restaurant is empty keep in mind. The staff proceeds to ignore everyone in line for about 10 minutes. No acknowledgement, no "just a moment please." Literally nothing. When the waitstaff does start helping people, he told the guy in front of me that his online order was not fulfilled and won't be because they ran out of take-out boxes and that they'd give people refunds. Found it the same thing happened to my order from 40 MINUTES AGO. I even called right after I placed the order to adjust something and the man who answered the phone did not mention ANYTHING about take-out orders not being able to be done. How does it take longer than 40 minutes to figure out you don't have any more take out boxes? The management here is literally so awful, you'd think it was run by monkeys. The very least they could've done was call the customers who placed orders and tell them they couldn't do their orders but no. They waited for everyone to show up and offer a refund. Just to kick off how horrible this place is, on one of their bad days, I ordered just 10 wings to go and came home and there was one single wing in the box. What a joke. If you want good wings and drinks, go to Hooters, it's literally one exit before BWW.
