In-n-out Burger

Ok, I'm gonna review this for what is- a well run, clean burger joint. Nothing more, nothing less. As a visitor to California, this was hyped up and the reviews of this are glowing. The drive through line is a steady flow of anticipation, but I just don't get the hype. This place was an A+ for it's cleanliness and efficiency. I was expecting good service, but even with a high bar they lept higher. The burger was freshly made, but it was nothing special. A decent burger. The shake was average. The fries, on the other hand, were bland and uninspiring. They were like a boy looking for his lost dog but only stays on his own block and ignores any intervention. If the service and people weren't so great I'd rate it lower. Again, not bad overall, just overrated.

This location is always poppin. Even when it's busy they're cranking out food with the quickness and I appreciate the accuracy for large orders. Only complaint is their tiny lot and weird setup for the drive through. If you park in the wrong spot you can quickly find yourself trapped cause of the drive through line.

If you sit outside the patio facing the main parking lot, you'll catch a nice view of the East side of the valley of the SCV... kind of like eating with a view. The food is always consistent here and the drive- thru definitely moves way faster than you would expect. Even with 30 cars in front, I don't think I ever waited more than 25 minutes for food.
